Today I will expand on again the four tattvas - IARE, today is 3rd level last day. THE samyama 8th day....

Blessings for Tiruvannamalai medical camp. blessings....Usually nobody fails after one week of THE samyama. That is why I don't meet them the first few days. First few days only they will ask me for exemption...usually i don't see Nirahara Samyama participants first few days. Once they cross the first 7 days, they will just sail through. You guys have done a beautiful job. First three-four days you should not make any belief your mind gives. Even for medical reason you should have started and then gone for Medical check up...that is what is the mind like.. you will not even know how the inauthenticity covers you. All THE samyama participants be very clear bring intensity to your integrity, authenticity and enriching. Let that become your bio memory. Only then the need for your external support will disappear. Need for food, need for love, need from energy from outside all three are bondage. Need for food is the bondage with the physical world, love - emotional world, energy - spiritual world. That is why at one level, master leads you to the formless form of him where the energy is experienced from the very source. Your own atman is experienced as cosmos. Now don't bother about spiritual bondage, that can be freed in the last. First break these two bondage - need for food and need for love. Bring integrity and authenticity into your thinking. Your bio memory will stop asking the need for external sources. You may think how can integrity help in Niraahaara samyama. I tell you when you bring integrity in your thinking, you will realize the constant feeling tired and constant low energy makes you eat......the idea of negative energy is nothing but a negative weed. You may have to take it out with integrity. Hunger is the negative weed. Human beings can live without hunger. Sorry if i hurt your logic. But what i am saying is true. With integrity when you are thinking constantly all the air which you take inside is converted as energy - praana. All the air which goes inside if it becomes energy by your bio memory, by your muscle memory, i tell you - you don't need anything from outside. Your breathing will be very deep. You will have such a strong experience of fulfillment. Only thing you need to do with this niraahaara samyama is somehow breaking some obstruction the mind brings. Listen. Mind does not bring obstacle directly like i am hungry. It will bring some other obstruction...some thing it will bring up. But you know somehow you want to miss it. Inauthenticity comes as Ravana. Ravana did not come as Ravana to take Sita. He came as a disguised way as a Rishi. So your inauthenticity always comes up in some way, some other cognition. With integrity when you start practicing, you will weed out even hunger. Hunger and sleep is nothing but lack of integrity to your soul, to your consciousness. When you are with integrity with your consciousness, suddenly the hunger and sleep both will disappear. Your sleep will be just samadhi. Even if you have little hunger, it is just to run the body. Maybe once in a week you will eat to maintain the body. I tell you my own experience the physical hunger, no animal has breakfast, lunch, dinner. Do you know any animal which has breakfast, lunch and dinner once in a week they go hunting. Even if they hunt, they leave it, they don't dump it. And not a single animal dies of obesity even elephant....whatever little is there is negligible. Bring integrity to your hunger.

I’ll speak on viraja homa mantras tomorrow. I have the Viraja homa mantras but the translation is not trust worthy. Bring integrity to all the beliefs you carry about you. Bring integrity to all your habits - eating, drinking, talking in every activity infuse integrity. How you feel about you. If you achieve something what you think as big, immediately your mind will say now I am eligible for a nice rest, nice treat, nice food... Bring integrity to you - you are worthy of nice things always. You don't need to achieve something to have nice things. Have best things of the world as your life style. Listen. Rest out of feeling tiredness is not best thing for you to have. Resting out of completion is the best thing for you to have.

Ma Shanta has a question Swamiji what do you mean by integrity to hunger. How do you bring integrity to hunger? whenever you are hungry, your body asks for food, ask your body - what do you mean by hunger, what do you mean by bringing the thought i am tired i need food. Just look in and see is it real or lack of integrity? Maybe you are uttering the words the negative commitments, the negative weeds constantly ....because yesterday 7 in the morning you uttered you are hungry, today also you are doing the same thing. Try to weed out and see for few days you will see your hunger, food and intake will drastically drop. Just this one technique - bringing integrity to your eating, your hunger. Every time you feel like eating, first thing you feel like i am tired and feeling hungry. ..maybe the visuals of food, smell of food, taste of food, remembrance of food. Listen.when i say bring integrity, i tell you let not hunger be a negative pattern in you. Remove, remove, remove continuously. Then suddenly you will see any of that pattern based hunger will disappear. Real hunger will come which will be once in a week. I lived that life. That is why i am telling you. Alright now keeping Kaala Bhairava as witness i commit to you guys once more i will live that life and show you guys it is possible. I will show it to you guys. When your saliva, visualization, smell all them come to the peak with awareness, amritha nectar happens in your system. That takes care of your hunger and everything. Unfortunately when you eat, saliva, visualization everything comes together but not awareness. That is the main component of smelling, visualization, touch everything comes to the peak with awareness. If you eat once a week, all will come together to the peak with awareness. If you are eating continuously, all the five will come together, but not awareness. That is why the nectar is not happening. If it comes together with awareness, nectar happens to you. Amritha happens to you. And you feel so fulfilled. Bring integrity to your hunger. Even the people who are not doing the niraahaara samyama or THE samyama or any samyama just bring integrity to your hunger. Just bring integrity whenever you are tired, whenever you are sleepy. You will just see your chronic fatigue disappears and your quality of sleep changes. Lack of integrity with your sleep only is dream. If you are in integrity with your sleep there is no dream. You will have a deep sleep and you will come of it like a flower.

Only with these lights there is problem in my eyes. Otherwise i don't miss sleep. Never ever i feel i need sleep...i lived life with enlightenment. Just with inner light and no outer light. I remember continuously for four months never every saw any lights...i always wanted our campus at least outside your room to be without artificial lights. Just the traditional torches, traditional lanterns. At least when we build our monastery separately, we will have it that way. Traditional monastery that is enough. When you want light inside the room you can do something ..your ability to rest is not there because your eyes are loaded with heavy lights and the visualizations are sent forcible into your inner space with visual lights, more visualization, the more visualization the more you are tired and eventually the quality of your sleep gets disturbed.

Ma Nirvikalpa is asking a question - is it possible to rest in samadhi without being enlightened? Listen enlightenment comes after you achieving all these things...resting in samadhi does not need to be the pre-requisite. Today itself start resting in samadhi ....the way you live, the way you radiate, suddenly you remember....Nirvikalpa is missing. You have don the last rites to her without even your knowledge. Ma Tejo has a question - is the forming of ....only eating and sex these 2 the possibility for amritha happens. Only in these two actions all your 5 senses come to peak. It is unfortunate, during both the actions if you are anxious awareness is lost, if you are inauthentic awareness is lost. And you create only poison in your body. If you bring awareness during eating it is zen. That is why just drinking tea many people get enlightened. If you bring your awareness during sex, it is tantra....zen - eating can be a powerful method for enlightenment if you are eating once in a while.

Any tiredness any hunger,any energy, any powerlessness is lack of integrity. If you feel tired and hungry and eat, it is action out of incompletion. Even if you are not niraahaara practicing niraahaara bring integrity to your hunger drastically it will reduce you will feel high energy. If you don't bring integrity to your thinking, to your mental patterns, Niraahara will be successful. During puja all five senses does not come to its peak. Puja is a different process. But during eating all 5 come to their peak. I tell you bring integrity to your thinking again and again again. Weed out all the powerless experiences, weak feeling experiences. Whenever you feel tired, weak, weed them out. Best thing is taking up ten responsibilities and maintaining the integrity with time. See what i am doing now. Best boon i have given myself the commitment i made with Kaala Bhairava and i will respect time. Do you know i am still happy still i have not missed one session, one minute late from January 1st. And you know my routine from morning 4:30 am to night. Now a days because of less ...before 10 pm. If there is Akashik reading it will be little after 10. It may go up to 10. And we are not giving break for any sessions other than lunch m ore than half hour. I am back literally glued to this seat. I can see the laziness, tiredness - already i don't have those patterns. Even the ideas are forgotten. Still only one thing i have to get settled with this light, heavy light. But i am telling the body it is getting tuned. Other than that, that's it! How many of you struggle with this pattern of tiredness, laziness, raise your hand? It is just lack of integrity. Be integrated to your soul. Soul can never have tiredness, consciousness can never have tiredness. That is the truth. Don't think after realizing i will not have tiredness, now i have body so i will have tiredness. What is this? Negative weed. Whether you realize or not, you are soul and consciousness. There is no practice period where you can say i will practice...

From today, i am Shrotriya brahma nishta satchidananda pranavaswaroppa! There is not training period. Just you start living. I tell you best way to practice integrity is taking up more and more responsibilities. Go on taking up more responsibility. The best thing i too up is giving kaavi to many people. Now i am responsible for all of them....i tell you 4 days if you are on vacation, jobless you are dead, you are just waiting to be buried. After that better you commit suicide. Good for planet earth. Four days because by four days....constantly taking up responsibility that exposes your lack of integrity to you. You are reminded about your lack of integrity to you. An naturally you have to bring integrity authenticity to you. Hwy e....only when you form as a team and take it up as a project, you will be exposed to your inauthenticities, lack of integrity and your selfishness. ..

Each center i can see when you take up a project, only when you work together your lack of integrity will be exposed to you, your inauthenticity, your laziness, your tiredness, all your negative patterns will be exposed to you. Sangha becomes Dhamma when you......

When you take it up in your heart, you will imbibe these four tattvas intensely. I will show you as a model how the Adayar centre and the Singapore centre more than giving, they will be enriched. I saw Singapore mail about Annalaya blessings!

I used 54 names in my spiritual wandering mayatitia, pranananda, ..sadananda, atma maneeshananda, jnanananda, achalananda all these names i used on me. There is a rule during spiritual pilgrimage to keep the identity covered, you are supposed to use those names. Vivekananda used 32 names. He will tell anything that comes to his mouth.

Ma Satyajnanananda has a question if we are in integrity with body, then once in a while hunger also should come? If you reach that level of integrity, it is authentic. When you reach the peak of authenticity then hunger also will not come. With integrity, finally the flesh component is there. Only when you cross authenticity, the flesh component is not there...only with authenticity you start stretching...

Jnanatma - no. That is what is inauthentic power. I tell you all your responsibility is not a mass hill sitting in front of you. It is a polythene hill sitting in front of you. It is a hill made out of balloon. What do you call those floating big big balloons. The hill which is in front of you which you need to swallow or pull. It is just a air balloon in front of you. Anything you feel your responsibility is too much your lack of integrity is too much all that is nothing but the huge air balloon. It looks like hill. You just need little bit of authenticity to pull it or a small needle called initiation to poke it!

Listen when you fall into the water - water tub, swimming pool and ocean all three will look same. When the water crosses your chest level all three will feel the same. How many of you felt in our Vaidya Sarovar if little bit the water goes above the chest level...i tell you when the water level goes above the chest level whether it is bath tub or swimming pool or ocean you will feel all three as same. A new doctor in the mental hospital asks the senior doctor - how do you know when somebody is ready to go and live their life normally. How do you discharge them? Doctor says we give them a water tub full of water, mug and bucket all the three and empty it. Based on that we will find out. Doctor says if somebody empties with spoon you will not send them, if they remove with mug few more days and with bucket you discharge immediately., you will ...doctor said a normal person will remove the water plug to empty the bath tub!

You will always be lost in comparison. When you compare with mug, tea spoon and bucket - bucket looks very intelligent idea. But the real click comes when you come out of the comparison zone. Why do you feel your inauthenticity or integrity is a huge hill? Because you are in a huge comparing zone. When you compare spoon, mug and bucket. Bucket feels like a good idea, most intelligent and it will really be hard working. But it is the most smart way of working. Smart working and hard working never goes hand in hand. When you compare bucket looks best, but bestest solutions always come out of comparison zone. If you think it is a huge hill my lack of integrity, my inauthenticity my responsibility you are still in comparison zone either with someone else, with your own past. In your past you never broke inauthenticity that is why inauthenticity is like a hill. Now you are trying to break. When you try to break, inauthenticity disappears on its own. So best solution for your huge inauthenticity, huge lac of integrity, huge responsibility comes with very simple thing like pull the water drain. It comes out of the comparison zone. For example, if you believe from age of 3 i built this inauthenticity. When will i be out of this inauthenticity. From age of three to now means so many years. From age of 3, I built it. It is built over 25 years, it will take 25 years that is like using mug, no i have power of initiation i will finish in one year that is like using the bucket. Just removing the plug is declaration start living it! Start living it!

Yes only when you are doing the work which i gave as i gave you are integrated. You start doing as you want then you put the water plug and start using the spoon. Because you need some job, some entertainment na.

I tell you continuously when you take more and more responsibility, only then you will be in communication about the tatvas. You will enrich each other, enlighten each other, you will be exposed to your inauthenticity, you will be exposed to your lack of integrity, you will be exposed to your incompletions. If you are sitting all by yourself you will not even be exposed! You will be just sitting and worrying.

For people high standard of integrity and authenticity is required. Very high standard. You should not miss anywhere. Especially when you have the powers. When you have power and still not yet realized the ultimate mission purpose of your happening and all your powers integrated with that one purpose, if you are playing with the powers it can lead to inauthenticity and shrink you. Shrink your possibility. Especially if you have some powers when you are doing the job of teaching, high standard of integrity and authenticity is required. You can't even complete or do any prayaschitha if you have damaged. Sometimes the damage will be irrevocable. Sometimes the damage will be irrevocable. Beautiful. Great. Go on taking up more and more responsibilities..even all the temple libraries also give one copy. Add Jeevan mukti and other tamil books also. When you take more and more responsibilities, people start expanding. I tell you - whenever you open your hand to give, you receive before even you give. The words i am uttering, i am uttering from authenticity and integrity. When you open your hand to receive, you lose before even you close your hand. When you open your hands to give, it is poured before even you start giving. When we started this sangha we had 13 rupee 60 paise. I started giving that without keeping a reserve. I opened my hands to give that away. But before I started giving, it started pouring. Still it started pouring, pouring, pouring. And i continuously giving, giving, giving. Just yesterday night Bhakta is saying the amount of training we are giving each Brahmachari, and Brahmacharini is at least a million dollar training. In any corp company if this amt of training has to be given to an individual company has to spend at least million dollars. And he said you are giving it away, and there is no guarantee they will be staying in the sangha. I told him this is the mission statement i love people. People make me happy. Not money. Money is just to train people. We need some infrastructure that is why money. Enriching people is our sangha. I love people not money. If i love money, for my intelligence and continuously working and my memory power and all my capacity if i start working simply i can make a billion dollar company in a year...for my memory, i am such a go getter and the ability to manage, administrator, and the ability to micro manage that is one of the imp ..any leader needs. But i am not going to start a company and i am not interested in starting. I love people and people make me happy. So enriching people is our sangha. Enriching people is our sangha! I tell you people are the most important energy in our life! I don't want to say resource. It is a dirty word. People are most important energy in our life. Work with people. Have interest in people. The interest you have towards people is the interest you have towards life. Interest you have towards money is the interest you have towards your security. Interest towards your security means safe tomb. Constantly having wrong promises to yourself. Negative commitments to yourself. Money is okay if you want it for immediate projects. To enrich people your involvement with people shows your involvement with life. Your involvement with money shows your involvement with inauthenticity. People are wealth, people are life, people are energy. Finally people are God! Give everything to people. People bring everything you need. Whether it is basic things like food or things like love, joy, laughter everything people bring in your life. Right people in your life means you are load on them. If you are making people right in your life, you are boon for them. If you are expecting right people should happen in your life, you are load on them. If you are making people right in your life, you are boon for them. Don't make right people to happen in your life. Make whoever has happened in your life as right! Don't wait for Rambha, Urvashi, Menaka, Lakshmi to come out of the ocean and live with them. No. Pick up bhoota, preta and make them right to live in kailasa. Vishnu waits for Rambha, Menaka Urvashi to come and live in Vaikunta. Shiva picks up all the pretas and bhootas and makes them right to live in Kailasha! Jnanatma is saying that is exactly what Swamiji is doing.. Too late...Don't wait for right people to happen in your life. Make every one right by taking the responsibility. Okay? By taking the responsibility. When you have become integrated, but not yet become authentic, that is the zone you will have powers. There is a possibility you can become inauthentic. Only when you take responsibility for the powers that came out of integrity you and only when inauthenticity leaves you you are safe. Only when you enrich others with all the powers you got without allowing the self pride or self ...only then you have ..

When you are incomplete, the job you do also will be incomplete. Listen. Go on infusing integrity into every emotion, feeling, thinking, experience you have in your life. Go on, go on, go on....i tell you any of our center who takes on big projects only will be successful...they become successful in their personal,... and sangha...

I have seen any center or temple does not take higher and higher responsibilities not only they expand as a center, even in their personal life they are a big failure. People ask me Swamiji if i do sangha work, how will be successful in personal life....when others happen in your life in the form of sangha, when you know how to deliver inspire make part of you and you creating others as you - you are creating a success formula wherever you start and breathe - in your family, in your side job, or your extra job! ...when you take up more and more enriching, you ....

Jab bhee aap upayanam me rehte hai, zyaada aur zyaada zimmedaari uTathe hai aap vistaar sthithi mein rehte hai

Whenever you are in Upayanam and take up more and more responsibility you are in a state of expansion. I am constantly expanding because i take more and more responsibility.

If you want to be successful in your life or in your biz or profession, in your ..spirituality, gather as a sangha keeping these 4 tatvas as centre, take up some huge responsibilities, projects. How you behave with the sangha, that is exact same way you are behaving with life and life behaves with you. Just listening these four tatvaas are not enough, start living, living by taking up higher responsibilities. Only then you pull the tatvaas into your life and tatvaas pull you into their life. You pulling the tatva into your life and tatvas pulling you to their life.

Find out is it a spiritual life starting or spiritual vacation. ..

Lagaataar aapke jeevan mein in chaar tatvon ko vyakt keejiye tabhi aapke jeeven mein koi bhee prakaar ka vikaas sambhav hai!

Continuously express the four truths in your life only then you have the possibility of any kind of growth in your life. Dhyaan se suniye - unless you continuously express the four truths in your life only then you have the possibility of any kind of growth in your life. Take up the responsibility as a sangha. If you can inspire a volunteer team and make them deliver something, i tell you i am 100% sure you are going to inspire anybody and successful in leading a team whether in your company or home. Home is also nothing but a team. You need integrity, authenticity, responsibility, if you are not listening you need tea! ......

Whenever you use your energy for the expansion of others, only then you yourself will yourself will be able to walk on the path of expansion. Only then your own energy will be accessible to you.

Tabhee ye sambhav hai ki aapki shakti jaagruth hothi hai

Only then it is possible that your energy is awakened!

Constantly give life to this four dhaama - IARE. I tell you dharmo rakshathi rakshitaha. When you protect dharma, it protects you. When you excite dharma, it excites you. When you enrich dharma, it enriches you. When you are integrated to it, it is integrated into you. When you are authentic with it, it is authentic with you. When you are responsible with it, it is responsible with you. Only when you enrich it, it will enrich you. Dharma means the natural law of the cosmos. It is an independent intelligence. Whenever you are integrated with it, it is integrated with you.

Only then it is possible that your energy is awakened - Tabhee ye sambhav hai ki aapki shakti jaagruth hothi hai
