The day began in the auspicious Brahmamuhurta hour with Suprabhatam Seva and intensive Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyaan, followed by comprehensive Hindu temple services including Bhoga Murty Alankaram, Guru Puja, and Shiva Puja. The day begins before dawn with the SUPRAPATAM SEVA, the sacred process of ritualistically waking the deities. Following the traditional Hindu wake-up ritual, devotees gathered during the Brahmamuhurta hour for intensive spiritual practices, engaging in 108 rounds of Prathama Vinyasa Krama (Nithyananda Yoga) and Nithya Dhyaan Meditation, utilizing the spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH to achieve superconscious breakthrough.
