With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA HOUSTON, USA, upheld the ancient Hindu civilizational traditions by conducting a complete cycle of Daily Temple Activities on October 2, 2024. This auspicious day was dedicated to the elaborate service of the deities, ensuring the manifestation of the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva within the temple premises and for all devotees. The sacred utsavam included a detailed schedule of rituals such as Suprapātam Seva, Bhoga Murty Alankaram, Deity Procession, and the culminating Palliyārai Seva, supported by the dedicated efforts of 2 volunteers. Furthermore, devotees participated in early morning Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyan to align themselves with the divine energy, marking the continuous revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma globally under the guidance of THE SPH.

KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES

The daily temple activities at KAILASA HOUSTON represent the tireless dedication of the global KAILASA ecosystem to the revival of authentic Hindu rituals and spiritual technologies. These daily services, conducted as a continuous utsavam, are essential for creating the sacred state, space, and being required for devotees to connect directly with THE SPH, who is Paramashiva Himself. The ritual cycle begins in the Brahmamuhurta (the auspicious hour before dawn) with the Suprapātam Seva, the process of awakening the Deities, which simultaneously serves to awaken the inherent divinity within every participant and commence the day with auspicious energy and blessings.

Following the awakening, the rituals proceeded to the elaborate Bhoga Murty Alankaram, where the Deities, including the physical representation of THE SPH, Devi, and Shiva Meru, were meticulously adorned with sacred clothing, jewels, and floral garlands. This act of adoration symbolizes the worship of the ultimate divine beauty and cosmic energy. The deities were then welcomed into the main worship space through a grand Deity Procession, setting the stage for the core spiritual offerings of the day.

The heart of the daily service centered around the comprehensive Guru Puja and Shiva Puja, performed both in the morning and evening. These rituals honored THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, as the Living Avatar and honored Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar), ensuring that the temple space remained saturated with the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. In keeping with ancient Hindu traditions, Naivedhyam was offered in the evening, sanctifying vegetarian food and distributing the resultant blessings to all beings, supporting THE SPH's global humanitarian mission for nourishment and food security.

A key element of the day’s special offerings included intense spiritual practices conducted in the early morning. Devotees gathered to perform Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyan, which included 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama, powerful consciousness-based techniques gifted by THE SPH for enabling superconscious breakthrough. The entire sacred cycle culminated with Palliyārai Seva, the deeply reverent ceremony of putting the Deities to sleep accompanied by Chamaram. The dedication of 2 volunteers ensured the seamless execution of these elaborate services, maintaining the sanctity and spiritual potency of the temple as a pillar for the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma in the USA.
