Transliteration

"kubjikäsana atha jaöharägni - sandipanaà - gulmapléha - çulahara - kubjikäsanam | kiïcittiryak sakthimästhäpya jänumürdhva dhåtvä samparävartanena | kakñämüle pädamädäya tiñöhedetat péöhaà kubjikaà vahnikäré ॥ 35 ॥ "

Translation

Fold one knee and keep the foot by the side of the hip. Then turn the other foot upwards and place it in the respective armpit and remain steady.

Instruction
