Original Verse

"योन्यासनं पर्वतेन योगं योगफलेऽनिलम्। तत्कालफललन्तावत् खेचरो यावदेवहि॥२३.५३॥ पादयोगेन चक्रस्य लिङ्गाग्रं यो नियोजयेत्। अन्यत् पदमुरौ दत्त्वा तत्र योन्यासनं भुवि॥२३.५४॥"

Transliteration

"uttāna śayanaṃ ekaikaṃ pādaṃ grīvāyāṃ vinyasya

itara hastena  pādāgraṃ  gṛhītvā  itarapādahatistau

laṃbīkṛtya tiṣṭet anantāsanaṃ bhavati ॥4॥"

Translation

"By doing the yoniāsana along with parvatāsana the fruits of vital breath are gained; Until it becomes khecara (light as space) certainly. (23.53)
