Here HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam guides participants through a special #Shivoham #Mandala Process using the Shiva Yantra. This mandala is used to invoke the energy of Shivoham and will help participants achieve the space of Shivoham. Swamiji explains what power is in relation to different organs in our body and how specific sounds also awaken these powers. He also mentions how the modern day lifestlye, the food we eat and the beliefs we have about ourselves affect these powers.
