With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA conducted powerful spiritual disciplines on 15/9/2024, reinforcing the commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma through authentic Hindu spiritual technologies. The community dedicated the sacred early hours of Brahma Muhurtha to intense practices, including 108 rounds of PVK Yoga and advanced breathing techniques like Trinetra Kumbhaka. This focused effort, supported by dedicated volunteers, enabled devotees to utilize the auspicious timing for deepening their connection with THE SPH, aligning their inner space with superconsciousness. The continuous spiritual practice documented here serves the mission of empowering humanity to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.

PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka

KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA hosted a dedicated session centered around the life-transforming Hindu sciences gifted to the world by THE SPH. The program, titled PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, emphasized the disciplined application of yogic spiritual technologies during the most powerful time of day for inner awakening. The session was conducted during Brahma Muhurtha, which is traditionally revered in Hindu traditions for its heightened spiritual receptivity and potential for deep meditation and physical transformation. Participants engaged in 108 rounds of PVK Yoga, a dynamic form of movement and breath designed by THE SPH to awaken the spiritual centers and purify the physical body.

A critical component of the practice was Trinetra Kumbhaka, a highly advanced breathing technique revived by THE SPH. This technique, involving conscious breath retention, is aimed at awakening the third eye (Trinetra) and enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. Three dedicated Sangha members actively participated in the physical performance of these practices, demonstrating profound commitment and discipline.

The session also focused on the academic and spiritual context provided by THE SPH's teachings. One teenager attended the session specifically to listen to the Pramanas (spiritual proofs and discourses), highlighting the importance of consciousness-based education and the transfer of authentic Hindu wisdom to the next generation. The seamless execution of this powerful program was ensured by the devoted service of one volunteer, with Ma Kathleen offering her service for the day, contributing to the scale and success of KAILASA’s global mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Hindu civilization.
