Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)
The daily regimen of Nithyotsavam at KAILASA Toronto, Canada, encompasses a comprehensive set of Hindu rituals and spiritual technologies designed by THE SPH to provide tangible superconscious breakthrough. The services began with deep devotion, including the sacred Linga Abhishekam performed for Paramashiva, followed by the offering of naivediyam to honor the deities. Key traditional rites were observed, such as Pada Pooja and Guru Pooja to express reverence for the Guru, and Laghu Pooja, ensuring the atmosphere remained charged with divine energy and blessings.
The spiritual momentum continued with specialized deity worship, including the Meenakshi Amman Puja and the Nithy Peruman Abhishekam, which invoked the grace of the Divine Mother and Paramashiva. Devotees participated in the intricate process of alankaram (adorning the deities), focusing on the beautiful decoration of the Murtis representing Sri Ram Pariwar and Radha Krishna, deepening their connection to the various forms of the Divine. These devotional acts are central to KAILASA's efforts to preserve and celebrate authentic Hindu culture and traditions across the world.
Integrating modern-day demands with ancient wisdom, the day also featured powerful spiritual practices gifted by THE SPH. These included sessions of yoga, Life Bliss Meditation, Arokya Dhyanam (for holistic health), and Humming Meditation, all aimed at enabling participants to access higher levels of consciousness. Educational components, such as the reading of the Jeevan Mukti book and participation in a Vakyartha Sadas (spiritual discussion forum), allowed devotees to gain deeper philosophical understanding and apply THE SPH's teachings practically.
