With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA BOLIVIA dedicated the day of 23/4/2025 to the next generation through the Kailasa Ecuador Yapapas Kids Yoga Session. This spiritually powerful event mobilized 22 dedicated volunteers and achieved a significant milestone, welcoming 23 enthusiastic young participants, the largest turnout recorded for this initiative to date. Conducted under the expert guidance of Srinivasa Mhj and Sri Samuel, the session revived the ancient Hindu science of Nithya Yoga through dynamic movements, focused breathwork, and deep meditation. This effort aligns directly with KAILASA’s global mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity and preserving ancient indigenous traditions through the revival of the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilizational nation.

Kailasa Ecuador Yapapas Kids Yoga Session

The Kailasa Ecuador Yapapas Kids Yoga Session on 23/4/2025 demonstrated the powerful commitment of KAILASA BOLIVIA to nurturing young consciousness through the revival of authentic Hindu education and spiritual technologies. The session was a resounding success, establishing a new record turnout with 23 young participants—comprising 11 girls and 11 boys—who were guided by the dedication of 22 KAILASA volunteers, led by Srinivasa Mhj and Sri Samuel. This initiative is fundamental to KAILASA's mission, ensuring children worldwide have access to the consciousness-based education and powerful spiritual practices gifted by THE SPH.

The program was structured to integrate high-energy activation techniques with core Nithya Yoga principles, ensuring the children remained engaged while accessing deeper dimensions of consciousness. The session commenced with a sacred prayer, followed by dynamic exercises designed to stimulate the physical body and promote robust energy flow. These activities included focused foot and body shaking, head bouncing, the engaging "skeleton dance," and high-knee movements, culminating in playful sprints that delighted the young participants. These movements were strategically utilized to raise the heart rate and prepare the children’s minds and bodies for the profound practices that followed, successfully fostering an atmosphere of excitement and spiritual enthusiasm.

Following the dynamic warm-up, the children transitioned into specific Nithya Yoga asanas and structured movement patterns. Instructors carefully managed group dynamics by conducting mixed movements with boys and girls situated at different ends of the Raja Sabha space, ensuring an optimal, focused, and respectful learning environment. The session culminated in crucial spiritual technologies: participants were taught precise, deep breathwork, focusing on the rhythmic movement of the spine during inhalation and exhalation. This guided breathwork led into Shavasana (deep rest) and intense meditation, where the children were bathed in the deep, transformative sound of THE SPH’s sacred Flute music. This powerful conclusion enabled the young devotees to naturally manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby receiving the ultimate blessing of enlightenment directly from THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM.
