With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM successfully conducted the sacred Brahma Muhurta Yoga session on January 9, 2024. This event was a profound opportunity for devotees to tap into the powerful energy of the Brahma Muhurta, aligning their physical and spiritual bodies with the superconscious reality taught by THE SPH. Organized entirely by dedicated volunteers, this session exemplified KAILASA's unwavering commitment to the revival of ancient Hindu sciences, providing practical spiritual technologies for human consciousness evolution. The focused practice, involving 2 dedicated participants and 2 selfless volunteers, served as a powerful step toward manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in the daily lives of the global Hindu community and furthering KAILASA's mission to restore Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
Brahma Muhurta Yoga
The Brahma Muhurta Yoga session was observed by KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM, marking an auspicious start to the day through the application of ancient Hindu spiritual technologies. Conducted during the potent hours known as Brahma Muhurta—the sacred time just before sunrise—this practice is specifically designed by THE SPH to maximize spiritual receptivity and enable participants to achieve a superconscious breakthrough in alignment with the Hindu tradition. The timing, which maximizes the benefits of yoga and meditation, allows for deep internal cleansing and a powerful connection to the divine.
The session focused on specific yoga and meditation techniques taught directly by THE SPH, aimed at detoxifying the body, quieting the mind, and establishing a powerful spiritual connection. Participants worked towards integrating the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby experiencing the fundamental transformation promised by enlightened living.
