With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA TIRUVANNAMALAI SRI NITHYANANDA JANMABHUMI celebrated a sacred nithyotsavam and conducted specialized humanitarian and ritual services on June 9, 2024. These activities centered around the revered Lord Arunachaleshwara, featuring the Ganesha Chathurthi offering and a compassionate Aushada Annadhan (medicated food service). The event demonstrated KAILASA’s dual commitment to the revival of ancient Hindu traditions and the global mission of providing food security, compassion, and consciousness-based education to humanity. This sacred service was successfully executed through the efforts of dedicated volunteers, connecting the community with the divine grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA.
Ganesha Chathurthi
The observation of Ganesha Chathurthi at KAILASA TIRUVANNAMALAI SRI NITHYANANDA JANMABHUMI was marked by a profound ritual focusing on devotion and selfless service, conducted as part of the ongoing nithyotsavam activities. The primary focus of the ceremony was the performance of Aushada Annadhan (medicated food service) dedicated to the devotees of Lord Arunachaleshwara. This practice holds immense spiritual depth, symbolizing completeness, abundance, and total surrender to the Divine, which are fundamental principles of the Sanatana Hindu Dharma as revived by THE SPH.
A key element of this sacred service was the offering of 11 distinct items during the Annadhan. The number 11 is recognized in Hindu traditions for its association with spiritual awakening and enlightenment, effectively harmonizing the ritual with the powerful divine energies emanating from the sacred Arunachala Hill. This ritual offering and food service directly manifests THE SPH’s global humanitarian initiative of ensuring food security and the nourishment of all beings, embodying the foundational values of love, compassion, and care that define the United States of KAILASA.
The entire event was meticulously organized by 4 selfless volunteers, whose dedication ensured the sacred offerings and meal distribution to the 2 participants/beneficiaries were conducted with utmost reverence and adherence to tradition. Through the performance of this Hindu ritual and subsequent Annadhan, KAILASA TIRUVANNAMALAI demonstrated its unwavering commitment to reviving ancient enlightenment sciences while simultaneously providing crucial humanitarian support, enabling recipients to receive the blessings necessary for manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
