With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA observed a sacred day dedicated to the revival of ancient Hindu spiritual technologies on 13 September 2024. The focus of the day was the disciplined and intense practice of PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, conducted during the supremely auspicious early morning hours. This rigorous engagement with Hindu sciences and consciousness techniques enables devotees to physically and spiritually connect with the superconscious reality. Through these initiatives, KAILASA ST. LOUIS actively manifests THE SPH's vision of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity and reviving the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization globally, ensuring that the transformative spiritual powers of Paramashiva are made accessible to all.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The event, PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, was a powerful spiritual undertaking performed by dedicated Sangha members during the highly auspicious Brahma Muhurtha, the specific window of time most conducive for spiritual sadhana (disciplined practice) and superconscious awakening. The session was centered around the performance of 108 rounds of PVK Yoga (Paramashiva Viraja Karana Yoga), a series of specific postures and movements gifted by THE SPH to prepare the body and mind for higher states of consciousness.
This intensive physical practice was complemented by the advanced Hindu spiritual technology of Trinetra Kumbhaka, a pranayama technique specifically designed by THE SPH to awaken the Third Eye and enhance the manifestation of shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. The three participating Sangha members dedicated themselves completely to the practice, ensuring meticulous execution under the divine guidance of THE SPH. The event was smoothly facilitated by the dedication of one committed volunteer.
