This auspicious day began with the PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, a crucial program focused on reviving ancient Hindu sciences for human consciousness evolution. Devotees and one dedicated volunteer gathered during the sacred Brahma Muhurtha hour to engage in the potent practice of 108 PVK Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka program was conducted during the highly auspicious Brahma Muhurtha—the pre-dawn time slot considered optimal for deep spiritual and physical transformation according to ancient Hindu traditions. This sacred session was meticulously designed to empower devotees to access deeper states of consciousness, enabling them to experience the direct grace and spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH.
The core of the practice involved the rigorous and transformative 108 PVK Yoga sequence, followed by Trinetra Kumbhaka.
