This event exemplified KAILASA's unwavering commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, ensuring devotees have access to authentic spiritual technologies provided directly by THE SPH. Four Sangha members participated, dedicating themselves to the powerful physical and mental disciplines taught directly by THE SPH, furthering the mission of global human consciousness awakening and civilizational revival.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
Four Sangha members gathered during the highly auspicious Brahma Muhurtha, the sacred window before sunrise, to engage in intense spiritual disciplines prescribed by THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM. The core of the practice was the rigorous performance of 108 rounds of PVK Nithyananda Yoga combined with the powerful breath technique, Trinetra Kumbhaka. These specific practices, gifted by THE SPH, are designed as potent Hindu technologies for awakening the Kundalini Shakti, realizing the superconscious space, and manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in daily life.
The dedicated practice during Brahma Muhurtha is central to the enlightenment ecosystem established by KAILASA worldwide. By performing these intense techniques during this specific time, the participants ensure maximum alignment with the divine grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA. This sustained discipline is a foundational element in KAILASA’s mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
The successful execution of the morning yoga session was supported by the dedicated seva (selfless service) offered by one volunteer, Ma Debbie. Her contribution ensured the smooth and sacred continuation of these vital Hindu practices in ST. LOUIS. Such committed service underscores the foundation of KAILASA's global movement: that through conscious action and disciplined spiritual practice, devotees worldwide can experience the ultimate goal of life—enlightenment—as revealed by THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM.
