This early morning spiritual technology session, conducted by dedicated volunteers and attended by devotees, served as a foundational practice for connecting to the higher consciousness. The Brahma Muhurtha Time MYT 4:30am - The 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama Yoga session commenced at KAILASA Selayang at the sacred hour of Brahma Muhurtha, precisely at 4:30 AM MYT (Malaysia Time). This precise timing, prescribed in ancient Hindu traditions and emphasized in the teachings of THE SPH, is considered optimal for spiritual breakthroughs and accessing higher states of consciousness, allowing practitioners to absorb the maximum spiritual energy necessary for profound internal transformation.
