With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA, conducted intensive spiritual practices on September 29, 2024, dedicated to the revival of ancient Hindu sciences. The morning began during the sacred Brahma Muhurtha with the rigorous practice of the 108 PVK Nithyananda Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, a potent spiritual technology for superconscious breakthrough. These activities are foundational to KAILASA's global mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization. Three dedicated Sangha members participated in the morning’s spiritual and healing initiatives, supported by one devoted volunteer, furthering THE SPH's vision of consciousness awakening and holistic human transformation.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The sacred PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session marked an auspicious start to the day at KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA. Aligned with the profound Hindu tradition of utilizing the potent energy of the Brahma Muhurtha (pre-dawn hours) for highest spiritual gains, three Sangha members engaged in the practice of the 108 PVK Nithyananda Yoga. This specific sequence, gifted directly by THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, is a fundamental spiritual technology designed to awaken the Kundalini Shakti and enable practitioners to realize the state of Paramashiva within their own bodies.
The practice further included the powerful breath control technique, Trinetra Kumbhaka, a sophisticated Hindu science focused on activating the Third Eye and expanding human consciousness. By utilizing these precise spiritual technologies under the divine grace of THE SPH, participants were actively manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, contributing directly to KAILASA's objective of global consciousness evolution.
In addition to the intensive yoga practice, the session also included the opportunity for a devotee to connect for the Healing Presence of Bhagawan, receiving divine grace for holistic wellness and resolution of deep-seated life patterns.
