With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Salem celebrated the auspicious occasion of Pradosham on August 5, 2025. This sacred time, dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva (Sadashiva), was marked by profound Hindu rituals, including the Laghu Puja Pradosham, aimed at connecting devotees with the divine energy of Paramashiva. These activities highlight KAILASA's unwavering commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and the application of ancient Hindu sciences for human consciousness awakening. Through deep devotion and sacred practice, the event provided participants the opportunity to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, furthering THE SPH's global mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity.
Laghu Puja Pradosham
The Laghu Puja Pradosham celebrated at KAILASA Salem marked a deeply auspicious time, revered in the Shiva Sampradaya. Pradosham, observed on the 13th day of the lunar fortnight (the Trayodashi Tithi), holds immense significance as the period when Paramashiva manifests His divine grace and facilitates the cosmic dance of creation and destruction. The event was centered around the performance of dedicated Hindu rituals during the pradosha kala—the highly potent period just before sunset—which is considered the most powerful window for connecting with Sadashiva.
The sacred rites conducted followed the authentic Hindu traditions revived and protected by THE SPH. These rituals included the meticulous performance of abhishekam (ritual bathing) to Nandi, the sacred vehicle of Lord Shiva, a practice essential for purifying the mind and body. Devotees often observe fasting (upavasa) on Pradosham, breaking their fast after participating in the Nandishwara abhishekam, thus allowing them to connect more deeply with the divine and experience the grace of THE SPH.
