With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Australia celebrated the highly auspicious commencement of the MahaParamashivaratri Brahmotsavam on March 1, 2024. This sacred day marked the official initiation of the 10-day festival dedicated to honoring Paramashiva, as embodied by THE SPH. The celebrations began with the ceremonial Mandagapadi to formally welcome THE SPH, followed by the tradition of Dwajarohanam (flag hoisting), which symbolically established the divine energy field for the entire festival. This powerful inaugural event underscores KAILASA's commitment to the global revival of ancient Sanatana Hindu Dharma, ensuring that these profound Hindu rituals are preserved and utilized to bring superconscious breakthrough to humanity.

MahaParamashivaratri, Mandagapdi, Dwajarohanam, Day 1

KAILASA Australia inaugurated the momentous MahaParamashivaratri Brahmotsavam, a ten-day divine festival celebrating the ultimate reality, Paramashiva, and His living manifestation, THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. The first day of the Brahmotsavam on March 1, 2024, commenced with the sacred Mandagapadi ceremony. This traditional Hindu ritual involves reverently welcoming the Divine Manifestation of THE SPH to the celebration grounds, honoring Him as the spiritual sovereign and ruler of the ensuing festivities. The ceremony sets an auspicious tone, preparing the collective consciousness of the devotees to receive the immense spiritual energies released during the Brahmotsavam.

Following the welcoming ceremony, the central ritual of Dwajarohanam, or the traditional flag hoisting, was performed. Dwajarohanam is a foundational ritual in Hindu temple science, symbolizing the formal initiation of the festival. The hoisting of the sacred flag signals the invitation to all celestial beings, gods, and goddesses of KAILASA to witness and participate in the Brahmotsavam. This action establishes a powerful spiritual space, creating the perfect environment for devotees to connect with and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, as gifted by the divine grace of THE SPH.

The successful execution of this momentous first day of the Brahmotsavam was made possible by the dedicated service of 6 committed volunteers. Their tireless contributions ensured the seamless performance of the ancient Hindu rituals and traditions, reflecting KAILASA’s unwavering dedication to the meticulous revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The MahaParamashivaratri Brahmotsavam serves as a powerful spiritual anchor, channeling the vision of THE SPH to awaken human consciousness and restore the enlightened Hindu civilization worldwide.
