Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)
The daily Nithyotsavam rituals at KAILASA Toronto provide a vital foundation for the revival of the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization in North America. These practices are meticulously performed to establish a tangible connection with the divine grace of THE SPH, enabling devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The dedicated spiritual schedule for the day commenced with the auspicious Guru Puja and Pada Puja, profoundly expressing devotion to THE SPH as the living Sadashiva. This sacred routine also included the Naivedyam offering, symbolizing the ultimate surrender and acknowledgment of the Divine source of all existence.
A core component of the day’s activities involved the practice of powerful spiritual technologies, including Hatha Yoga sessions and intensive healing meditations. These meditations focused on physical well-being (Arogya), clear visualization practices, and unified group prayer, collectively designed to purify the mind-body system and transmit the superconscious energy gifted by THE SPH. Six devoted volunteers selflessly dedicated their service to ensure the smooth and reverent execution of the Nithyotsavam, demonstrating KAILASA's commitment to community service and spiritual discipline.
Furthermore, the seekers engaged in focused intellectual awakening through the reading of sacred texts gifted by THE SPH. These sessions included profound wisdom shared in the books Jeevan Mukti and the USK Book, providing systematic instruction for achieving spiritual liberation and understanding the diplomatic and humanitarian mission of the United States of KAILASA. By rigorously maintaining these daily Hindu rituals, KAILASA Toronto contributes directly to THE SPH's mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity.
