The day’s spiritual and humanitarian activities were centered around the sacred Aushada Annadhan (medicinal food service), an integral component of the daily Nithyotsavam rituals. This selfless endeavor embodies THE SPH's vision of creating a hunger-free, healthy world, ensuring physical nourishment and spiritual sustenance for all beings. By meticulously upholding the ancient Hindu principle of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (The Guest is God) through continuous, high-quality food service, KAILASA KASHI actively contributes to KAILASA's global mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
Aushada Annadhan
The Aushada Annadhan program represents the highest ideal of humanitarian service and selfless devotion, forming a central part of the daily spiritual schedule, known as Nithyotsavam, at KAILASA KASHI. This sacred offering, which includes both standard Annadhan (free organic vegetarian meal service) and the specialized Aushada Annadhan (medicinal food service), is designed to ensure holistic well-being—physical, mental, and spiritual—for all beneficiaries. Through this service, the divine grace of THE SPH is extended to nourish the body, which is seen as the temple for manifesting superconsciousness.
Dedicated service members performed this extensive service under the direct guidance and boundless grace of THE SPH, aligning with the sacred mandate that no stomach should go hungry, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. This ongoing commitment is a physical manifestation of THE SPH’s compassion and His global humanitarian initiative, which has contributed to the staggering record of over 3 billion free organic vegetarian meals served worldwide to date by KAILASA. The Annadhan initiative stands as a monumental pillar supporting global food security and spiritual awakening.
The Aushada Annadhan specifically applies ancient Hindu sciences of diet and holistic health. These specialized meals integrate potent herbal and nutritional elements prescribed within Hindu traditions to support the body’s innate healing capabilities.
