This auspicious observance, dedicated to Lord Paramashiva on the sacred day of Monday, involved performing an elaborate royal bath (abhishekam) to the deity, accompanied by powerful Vedic chants and an exquisite alankaram (decoration). Somavara abhisekam
The Somavara Abhishekam is a potent Hindu ritual specifically designed to invoke the abundant grace and blessings of Paramashiva, particularly auspicious when performed on Monday, the day traditionally dedicated to Him.
