With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ROTORUA, NZ, celebrated the auspicious Varalakshmi Utsavam on August 15, 2024. This sacred observance marked the worship of the Goddess Lakshmi for wealth, prosperity, and spiritual fulfillment, aligning with KAILASA's mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization globally. The day was filled with profound Hindu rituals, including dedicated puja offerings, the elaborate decoration (*alankaram*) of the Kalasha and the Murtis, and the powerful application of spiritual technologies like Nithya Dhyan. The efforts of 4 dedicated volunteers supported the enthusiastic participation of 11 devotees, all blessed to connect with the divine grace of THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.

Varalakshmi Utsavam

The Varalakshmi Utsavam is a significant annual Hindu tradition dedicated to worshipping Mahalakshmi, the Divine Mother who grants both material and conscious abundance. The ceremony conducted at KAILASA ROTORUA, NZ, was a vibrant expression of devotion, reinforcing the commitment of the local KAILASA ecosystem toward the revival of authentic Hindu rituals under the direct guidance and blessings of THE SPH. The event saw the active and dedicated participation of 11 devotees, who immersed themselves in the auspicious energy generated by the rituals. Their efforts were meticulously supported by 4 dedicated volunteers who handled the complex arrangements and ensured the sacred space maintained the highest standards of purity and vibrancy.

The observance was characterized by intricate preparations and devotional service (*seva*). Ms. Kavitha performed the central puja, offering the prescribed items and invoking the presence of the Goddess Lakshmi to bestow blessings of auspiciousness and fortune upon all participants and the world. A significant focus was placed on the aesthetic aspect of worship, known as *alankaram*. Kalaadevi meticulously decorated the Kalasha, adorning it to resemble the face of Lakshmi, symbolizing the immediate presence of the Divine Mother.

Further dedications included the elaborate *alankaram* of the sacred space, including the deity forms and the manifestation of THE SPH, performed jointly by Barbara and Kavitha. This act of service expresses profound devotion, seeking to please the Divine through beauty and artistry. Following the traditional ritual segment, the program culminated in a powerful spiritual session. Thomas initiated the participants into Nithya Dhyan, a potent meditation technique gifted by THE SPH for immediate superconscious breakthrough.

Through the blessings of THE SPH, the session enabled all attendees to directly experience and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. By integrating these spiritual technologies into the traditional Varalakshmi Utsavam, KAILASA ROTORUA, NZ, ensured that the event provided not only material prosperity but also conscious awakening, aligning perfectly with THE SPH’s vision for the complete spiritual liberation (Jeevan Mukti) of humanity through the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
