With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM celebrated the auspicious morning of 25/8/2024 by conducting the powerful spiritual practice of Brahma Muhurta Yoga. This sacred ritual, performed during the time considered most conducive for superconscious awakening, is fundamental to KAILASA's mission of reviving the ancient Hindu sciences of consciousness and manifestation. The focused session involved both dedicated participants and committed volunteers, totaling 8 individuals, who collectively engaged in practices designed to enable the manifestation of the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, aligning them with the enlightened vision gifted by THE SPH to humanity and upholding the sacred traditions of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
Brahma Muhurta Yoga
The day at KAILASA UNITED KINGDOM commenced with the highly sacred ritual of Brahma Muhurta Yoga. This practice, observed before sunrise during the Brahma Muhurta—the most potent time for spiritual breakthroughs and deep transformation—serves as a cornerstone of the daily regimen followed across the global ecosystems of KAILASA.
