With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA, conducted the auspicious PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka program on August 27, 2024. This profound session exemplified KAILASA's commitment to the revival of ancient Hindu spiritual technologies and the discipline required for human consciousness evolution. Dedicated Sangha members and a volunteer dedicated their efforts during the sacred Brahma Muhurtha time, practicing intensive spiritual disciplines to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby furthering KAILASA’s global mission of awakening the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session was an intense spiritual practice marking the dedication of the KAILASA ST. LOUIS Sangha towards both personal and civilizational enlightenment. Conducted during the sacred Brahma Muhurtha—the most auspicious time for spiritual endeavor—this practice harnesses the optimal natural rhythms recognized by the ancient Hindu sciences for deep inner transformation and manifestation of superconsciousness.
Three devoted Sangha members participated in the rigorous spiritual practice, supported by one dedicated volunteer, underscoring the collaborative spirit of KAILASA’s global ecosystem. The session focused on the performance of 108 rounds of PVK Yoga (Paramashivoham Vinyasa Krama Yoga), a powerful system directly gifted by THE SPH to humanity for physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual breakthrough.
Following the demanding physical and breath sequence, participants engaged in Trinetra Kumbhaka, an advanced Hindu spiritual technology focused on breath retention designed to awaken the third eye and accelerate the manifestation of the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. These profound spiritual technologies are central to KAILASA's mission, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby accelerating the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma globally.
