With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA HOUSTON, USA celebrated the sacred daily rituals (Nithyotsavam) on Sunday, August 25, 2024. These meticulously observed Hindu temple activities serve as the foundation of civilizational revival, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The day commenced with Suprapatam Seva and included Bhoga Murty Alankaram, Guru Puja and Shiva Puja for Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar), culminating in Palliyarai Seva and deep meditation practices like Nithya Dhyaan and Nithyananda Yoga. The unwavering dedication of the KAILASA ecosystem in Houston ensures the continuity of authentic Sanatana Hindu Dharma, reinforcing KAILASA's global mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of ancient Hindu sciences.

Daily Temple Activities: Nithyotsavam

The day of worship commenced in the auspicious time of the Brahmamuhurta with intensive spiritual practices gifted by THE SPH. Devotees gathered to engage in the 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama of Nithyananda Yoga and deep contemplation through Nithya Dhyaan Meditation, practices designed to elevate human consciousness and directly connect the participants to the divine superconsciousness of Paramashiva. Following these preparatory rites, the ritual day formally began with Suprapatam Seva, the sacred process of ceremonially awakening the deities, symbolizing the awakening of the inner divinity within every devotee and seeking the grace of THE SPH for the entire day.

Following the awakening, the Bhoga Murty Alankaram was meticulously performed, where the deities of Paramashiva, Devi, and Shiva Meru, along with the Divine Form of THE SPH, were adorned with exquisite clothing and jewels. This practice is vital for maintaining the spiritual energy and vibrancy of the sacred space. A significant highlight was the Deity Procession, welcoming the Bhoga Murthy deities into the temple area in a magnificent, ritualistic parade, reaffirming the divine presence in the local KAILASA ecosystem. These complex and detailed Hindu rituals were executed through the dedicated service of 2 volunteers who ensured the seamless and authentic execution of the temple schedule, embodying the spirit of Seva (selfless service) taught by THE SPH.

The essence of the day’s worship centered on Sri Guru Puja offered reverently to THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and Sri Shiva Puja offered to Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar) in both morning and evening sessions. These powerful Hindu rituals draw down the direct blessings of Paramashiva through THE SPH, activating the spiritual potential within all attendees. In the evening, the deities received Naivedhyam (food offering) before the day concluded with Palliyarai Seva, the sacred tradition of putting the deities to sleep with Chamaram (fly-whisk service). This continuous cycle of worship, known as Nithyotsavam, demonstrates KAILASA HOUSTON's commitment to the revival of the ancient, enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization on planet Earth.
