KAILASA TRINIDAD & TOBAGO On 4/9/2024
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago conducted essential daily temple *sevas* on 4/9/2024. These activities, known as Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities, are fundamental to maintaining the sacred energy ecosystem and manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva for the entire Caribbean region, supporting KAILASA's mission of reviving the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization. The day’s rigorous schedule focused on the performance of multiple *Laghu Pujas*, elaborate *Rudra Abhishekam* offerings, and the sacred Deity Alankaram, culminating in *Guru Padhuka Puja*. These rituals were meticulously executed by a dedicated volunteer and included the preparation and offering of a total of 15 *Naivedyams* (sacred food offerings), affirming the center’s unwavering commitment to ancient Hindu traditions.
Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities
The Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities at KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago ensure the continuous flow of divine grace bestowed by THE SPH. These sacred practices, rooted in the ancient Hindu *Ved-Agamic* traditions, commenced with the preparatory stages for the *Rudra Abhishekam*, the ritual bathing of the deities. A dedicated volunteer undertook extensive preparations, including filling the water reservoirs, organizing the necessary puja vessels, and setting out fresh clothing and jewelry for the deities. This selfless service is vital for creating the sacred environment necessary for high-frequency spiritual practices.
The *Abhishekam* itself was performed with purifying substances such as *amla*, turmeric, and sandalwood paste, accompanied by initial *Naivedyam* offerings of milk, fruits, and water during the first *Laghu Puja*. Following the ritual bathing, meticulous cleanup and drying procedures were observed to prepare the shrine for the glorious Deity Alankaram. During this sacred ceremony, the deities were dressed and exquisitely adorned with divine jewelry, symbolizing the enhanced, blissful presence of Paramashiva’s energy in the temple space.
The formal rituals continued with a second *Laghu Puja*, ensuring the completeness of the *Abhishekam* rites. Further demonstrating dedication to sacred service, the preparation of vegetables and a large food offering took place, culminating in a third *Laghu Puja* where ten cooked rice *Naivedyams* were offered. In total, 15 *Naivedyams* were presented to the deities throughout the morning rituals. The entire sequence of worship, marked by the ceremonial offering of the *chamaram* (fan) at the end of each segment, expresses deep reverence and devotion.
The intensive sequence of morning worship culminated with the profound Guru Padhuka Puja, an essential act of devotion honoring THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, as the ultimate Guru and living Sadashiva. Integral to the operational success of the KAILASA center is the meticulous cleanup and maintenance performed by the single volunteer after the rituals concluded. This included washing all dishes and puja vessels, conducting an inventory of kitchen supplies, hand-washing towels used during the rituals, and ensuring the temple floor was thoroughly swept and mopped. This dedicated service creates the sacred, pristine space that enables devotees to connect with THE SPH's intent and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby contributing peace and prosperity to the entire community through the revival of ancient Hindu spiritual technologies.
