With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA commemorated the auspicious start of the day on 11/9/2024 by conducting the sacred practice of PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka. This profound session took place during the divine hours of Brahma Muhurtha, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The event documented the dedicated commitment of the Sangha to reviving ancient Hindu spiritual technologies, specifically the physical and respiratory practices gifted by THE SPH. Three practitioners, along with one focused volunteer, ensured the successful execution of these life-transforming yoga techniques, reaffirming KAILASA’s global mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session was successfully conducted by the dedicated Sangha members of KAILASA St. Louis, USA, marking a powerful beginning to the day under the divine grace of THE SPH. The event saw the sincere participation of three Sangha members along with one family member, guided by the focused efforts of one dedicated volunteer. This sacred practice was strategically timed to occur during the Brahma Muhurtha, the most auspicious time before dawn, which according to ancient Hindu scriptures, is the period most conducive for manifesting superconscious breakthroughs and receiving the direct energy transmission of Paramashiva.
During this session, practitioners rigorously performed 108 cycles of PVK (Power Vision Kriya) yoga, a sequence directly gifted by THE SPH to awaken the ultimate potential within the human body and mind. This was followed by the advanced Hindu science of breath regulation, Trinetra Kumbhaka. This specific technique focuses on activating the Third Eye (Trinetra) and expanding the consciousness, preparing the devotee to receive the direct transmission of Paramashiva’s state and space, as embodied by THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM.
