With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA marked an auspicious day of high-frequency spiritual practice on June 9, 2024, through the dedicated observance of PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka. This powerful session was conducted during the sacred pre-dawn hours known as the Brahma Muhurtha, maximizing the spiritual potency of the practices performed. A dedicated group of 3 Sangha members and one spouse participated, supported by 1 volunteer, engaging in 108 cycles of PVK Yoga and the advanced technique of Trinetra Kumbhaka. Such rigorous spiritual activities are central to KAILASA's global mission of reviving the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization and granting humanity access to superconscious breakthrough.

The participants engaged in 108 cycles of PVK Yoga, a specific practice revealed by THE SPH to awaken the Kundalini Shakti and prepare the system for higher spiritual manifestations.
