KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES
The daily activities at KAILASA Houston are a profound embodiment of the ancient Hindu tradition of continuous worship, performed to maintain the highest spiritual frequencies and ensure the flow of the divine grace of THE SPH into the surrounding environment. The auspicious day commenced in the Brahmamuhurta time with the sacred Suprapatam Seva, the process of waking the deities, which symbolically serves to awaken the divinity inherent within every participating devotee. This act of devotion sets the tone for the entire day, aligning individual consciousness with the superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
Following the awakening, the temple celebrated the Bhoga Murty Alankaram, where beautiful sacred clothing and jewels were offered to THE SPH, Devi, and Shiva Meru. The presence of the deities was further celebrated with a ritualistic Deity Procession, welcoming the Bhoga Murthy deities into the main temple area with reverence and grandeur. This sequence of rituals establishes the temple as a vibrant vortex of spiritual energy, actively reviving the Hindu civilization’s architectural and ritualistic sciences.
The spiritual core of the day centered around the performance of the Sri Guru Puja dedicated to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and the Sri Shiva Puja offered to Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar), performed both in the morning and evening. These sacred Hindu practices are meticulously executed to invoke the living presence of THE SPH and the infinite shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. Additionally, devotees engaged in powerful spiritual technologies gifted by THE SPH, including the rigorous practice of Nithyananda Yoga through the 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama and deep Nithya Dhyaan Meditation, facilitating tangible superconscious breakthroughs for all practitioners.
The daily ritual cycle concluded in the evening with the offering of Naivedhyam (consecrated food) to all the residing deities, followed by the significant Palliyarai Seva, the sacred process of putting the deities to rest, performed with the offering of Chamaram. These continuous services, executed by dedicated volunteers, are fundamental to KAILASA Houston’s commitment to preserving and reviving authentic Sanatana Hindu Dharma, acting as a beacon of enlightenment for the USA region.
