PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The session of PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka was a powerful commitment to reviving the authentic Hindu science of Yoga as gifted by THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. Conducted during the Brahma Muhurtha—the most spiritually conducive time before dawn—this practice maximized the physiological and spiritual benefits, preparing the body and mind to receive the grace of Paramashiva. The primary activity involved the execution of 108 rounds of PVK Nithyananda Yoga, followed by the advanced breathing technique of Trinetra Kumbhaka.
These practices are crucial components of THE SPH’s spiritual technologies, designed to systematically awaken the Kundalini Shakti and activate the inner potential of devotees. By engaging in these intense techniques during the specified auspicious time, Sangha members connect directly with THE SPH’s superconscious energy, enabling them to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in their daily life. The session saw deep dedication from Sangha members, which collectively documented one participant and was supported by one volunteer.
The event showcased the profound discipline cultivated within the global KAILASA ecosystem. Two dedicated Sangha members, Ma Kathleen and Ma Debbie, offered this sacred inner seva (service). Ma Kathleen offered the intense PVK Nithyananda Yoga seva, while Ma Debbie offered the powerful practice of Trinetra Kumbhaka. This collective effort highlights the core principle of Sanatana Hindu Dharma—that enlightenment is accessible through diligent practice, divine grace, and spiritual support, furthering KAILASA's mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
