With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago diligently performed its daily Nithyotsavam activities on 23 September 2024. These comprehensive Ved-Agamic Rituals and associated temple services are fundamental to KAILASA’s mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization in the Caribbean region. The sacred program included intense preparations for Rudra Abhishekam, Deity Alankaram, and culminated in Guru Padhuka Puja. A dedicated volunteer ensured the flawless execution of these services, which included offering a total of 15 specific Naivedyams to the deities. These continuous sevas ensure the sacred space radiates divine cosmic energy, enabling devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva for the benefit of the global Hindu community.

Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities

The Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities on this auspicious day at KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago encompassed a full schedule of spiritual technologies designed to honor the deities and maintain the potent spiritual ecosystem of the temple. These daily services, performed by a dedicated volunteer, began with the sacred Morning Aarti and the initial Laghu Puja, setting the stage for the day’s profound rituals and connecting the entire community to the divine grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA.

The core of the morning services centered around the rigorous Rudra Abhishekam. Significant preparatory work was undertaken to ensure every detail was perfect, including filling water, organizing specific puja vessels, preparing fresh attire, and arranging jewelry for the deities. During the Abhishekam, special offerings such as amla, turmeric, and sandalwood were used for the ritual bathing, symbolizing purification and the invocation of divine healing energies. Following the Abhishekam, the deities were cleaned, dried, and prepared for the beautiful Deity Alankaram ceremony, where they were meticulously dressed and adorned, enhancing their divine appearance and spiritual presence.

The devotional activities continued with a second Laghu Puja, which formally concluded the Abhishekam sequence. This was immediately followed by the preparation and offering of ten cooked rice Naivedyams during a third Laghu Puja, contributing to a total of 15 food offerings presented to the deities throughout the morning rituals. The devotional offerings culminated with the sacred Guru Padhuka Puja, which anchors the temple activities in the direct presence and teachings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM. Throughout the entire process, Chamaram Fanning was offered, symbolizing respect and devotion to the enshrined deities.

Beyond the formal worship, essential operational services ensured the seamless functioning of the temple as a beacon of Sanatana Hindu Dharma revival. The dedicated volunteer performed critical cleanup and maintenance activities, including washing all dishes and puja vessels, conducting a quick inventory of kitchen supplies, hand-washing towels used during the rituals, and thoroughly sweeping and mopping the temple floor. This comprehensive approach to service (seva) ensures the continuity of sacred tradition and the integrity of the energy field, enabling KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago to effectively fulfill its mission of human consciousness awakening and revival of Hindu civilization.
