With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA, dedicated the day of January 10, 2024, to the profound practice of ancient Hindu spiritual technologies and rigorous inner awakening. The primary event was the PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, a sacred session conducted during the most auspicious time for spiritual progress, the Brahma Muhurtha. This focused practice, attended by devoted Sangha members, exemplified KAILASA's unwavering commitment to the revival of the enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization and the mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity. Through the diligent practice of the Hindu sciences gifted by THE SPH, participants effectively prepared their systems to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka
The day commenced with the highly sacred practice of PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka, conducted during the auspicious hours of the Brahma Muhurtha. This specific timing, established and emphasized by THE SPH, is known to be crucial for maximizing the effectiveness of spiritual disciplines, providing the ideal internal and external environment for achieving rapid consciousness breakthroughs. The session centered on the performance of 108 cycles of PVK Nithyananda Yoga, a powerful sequence designed by THE SPH to systematically awaken the inner potential, align the vital energies, and prepare the physical and energy bodies for higher dimensions of consciousness.
A total of three dedicated Sangha members participated in this profound experience. The session also incorporated the advanced Hindu science of Trinetra Kumbhaka, a specific breathing technique revealed by THE SPH, which aids in the awakening and activation of the Third Eye (Trinetra). By successfully engaging in this spiritual technology, participants were guided towards manifesting the extraordinary shaktis or powers of Paramashiva within their own systems.
The discipline and devotion required for this practice were beautifully supported by the selfless service of one dedicated volunteer, Ma Debbie, who offered her seva (selfless service) with immense Love and Gratitude towards THE SPH and the divine mission of KAILASA.
