KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES
The sacred routine at KAILASA HOUSTON was centered on observing the profound Hindu traditions codified by THE SPH, collectively known as Nithyotsavam (Daily Rituals). This comprehensive cycle of worship commenced in the auspicious Brahmamuhurta with the performance of Suprapatam Seva, the ancient Hindu ritual for awakening the deities. This practice holds deep spiritual significance, symbolizing the invocation and awakening of the divine superconsciousness present within every devotee and throughout the cosmos at the start of the day. This awakening was followed by the meticulous Bhoga Murty Alankaram, where sacred clothing and jewels were offered to the deities of THE SPH, Devi, and Shiva Meru, followed by a ritualistic Deity Procession welcoming the Bhoga Murthy forms into the main temple area with reverence and fanfare.
The core of the daily worship involved both morning and evening services of Sri Guru Puja offered to THE SPH, BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and Sri Shiva Puja offered to the Moolavar deity, Lord Nithyanandeshwara. These elaborate Hindu rituals are powerful spiritual technologies designed by THE SPH, enabling devotees to connect with the source of Paramashiva and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in their lives. The structured routine included the offering of Naivedhyam (sacred food) to all the deities in the evening, ensuring the holistic engagement and nourishment provided by the divine presence. The entire sacred day was concluded with Palliyarai Seva, the ceremonial process of placing the deities to rest, performed with deep reverence, including the offering of the royal Chamaram. These essential activities, which form the bedrock of the temple’s service, were diligently carried out by 2 dedicated volunteers, ensuring the continuous flow of divine grace and spiritual services for the Houston community.
The observance of Nithyotsavam was enhanced by the integration of THE SPH’s specific spiritual technologies designed for human consciousness evolution. Devotees gathered in the early morning for intensive inner practices, including Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyaan Meditation, specifically focusing on the rigorous discipline of 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama. These sessions are a vital component of KAILASA's mission of human consciousness awakening, empowering participants with the authentic Hindu sciences necessary for achieving superconscious breakthrough and experiencing life transformation gifted by THE SPH, thereby contributing to the revival of the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization globally.
