PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka

The PVK Brahma Muhurtha Yoga and Trinetra Kumbhaka session was observed with intense devotion and discipline, embodying the deep spiritual commitment of the Sangha in KAILASA ST. LOUIS. Held during the potent hours of the Brahma Muhurtha, this practice utilized the prime time for spiritual evolution as taught by THE SPH. A total of 3 participants actively engaged in the process, which focused on the powerful combination of Nithyananda Yoga and specialized breath control techniques, aimed at expanding their consciousness and manifesting the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva.

The core of the session involved performing 108 rounds of PVK Nithyananda Yoga, a sacred process directly gifted by THE SPH to humanity for physical and spiritual awakening. This was complemented by the practice of Trinetra Kumbhaka, an advanced Hindu yogic breathing technique designed to awaken the inner capacities and activate spiritual vision. This powerful combination of Asanas and Pranayama is fundamental to KAILASA’s mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization, ensuring that these vital spiritual technologies remain alive and accessible.

The sacred service (seva) required to organize and facilitate such a focused practice was offered by dedicated Sangha members, demonstrating selfless service as a pillar of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Ma Debbie offered her seva in facilitating the yoga practices, while Ma Sona offered expertise in Pranayama. Their dedicated contribution, supported by 1 volunteer, ensured the continuity of these essential Hindu spiritual technologies in the West. Through the tireless efforts of the Sangha and the boundless grace of THE SPH, KAILASA ST. LOUIS continues to be a vibrant center for the expression of the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
