With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago celebrated an auspicious day of Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities on October 6, 2024. This day was dedicated to Nithyotsavam (daily rituals), featuring a comprehensive schedule of Ved-Agamic practices essential for maintaining the spiritual frequency of the sacred space. Activities included Rudra Abhishekam, multiple Laghu Pujas, and Deity Alankaram. These sacred practices are vital to KAILASA's mission of reviving Sanatana Hindu Dharma, ensuring the temple ecosystem radiates the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby bringing peace and prosperity to the entire Caribbean community. The day’s devotion culminated in the offering of 15 Naivedyams to the deities, diligently performed by a dedicated volunteer.

Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities

The Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities at KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago ensure the continuous invocation of the divine presence and the restoration of the ancient Hindu lifestyle. On this sacred day, a dedicated team of 1 volunteer meticulously performed the Ved-Agamic Rituals from morning until their culmination. These daily acts of devotion serve as the foundation for manifesting THE SPH’s vision for global human consciousness awakening and the revival of the enlightened Hindu civilization.

The morning commenced with the Morning Aarti followed by the first Laghu Puja, where Naivedyam of milk, fruits, and water were offered. Meticulous preparations for the central ritual, the Rudra Abhishekam, then began, involving the organization of puja vessels, fresh garments, and sacred jewelry. The Abhishekam itself was a spiritually potent ceremony, where the deities received ritual bathing with auspicious substances including amla, turmeric, and sandalwood paste, along with a dedicated Naivedyam offering.

Following the sacred bath, the deities were carefully cleaned, dried, and prepared for the Deity Alankaram. This beautiful and powerful ceremony involved dressing the deities and adorning them with divine jewelry, symbolizing the enhanced manifestation of their presence. A second Laghu Puja was then offered to conclude the Abhishekam process. Furthermore, extensive culinary service was incorporated, with the preparation and cooking of ten rice Naivedyams and vegetables, which were offered during a third Laghu Puja, demonstrating KAILASA’s commitment to service and spiritual nourishment. In total, 15 Naivedyams were offered during the sequence of rituals throughout the morning.

The expansive morning rituals culminated in the deeply reverential Guru Padhuka Puja, honoring THE SPH as the source of all blessings and enlightenment. Throughout all rituals, Chamaram Fanning was offered ceremonially, enhancing the sacred atmosphere. Beyond the direct spiritual offerings, meticulous cleanup and maintenance were conducted, including washing all puja vessels, cleaning and mopping the temple floor, and performing an inventory check to ensure the continuous functioning of the temple. These integrated activities demonstrate the commitment of KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago to the preservation of ancient indigenous traditions through the revival of KAILASA - the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilizational nation—creating a sacred, powerful ecosystem that radiates the divine grace of THE SPH to the entire Caribbean region.
