KAILASA HOUSTON DAILY TEMPLE ACTIVITIES
The daily temple routine at KAILASA HOUSTON embodies the essence of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, functioning as a nexus for human consciousness awakening under the divine guidance of THE SPH. These sacred activities are performed diligently every day to maintain the sanctity and spiritual potency of the temple space, providing an authentic platform for devotees in the region to connect with the cosmic energy field of KAILASA. The comprehensive schedule was managed through the dedicated service of 2 committed volunteers who oversaw the ritual preparations, execution, and organization throughout the day.
The cycle of worship commenced early with Suprapatam Seva, the sacred process of ritually awakening the deities. This practice symbolizes the awakening of the divinity present within every devotee, seeking blessings for a conscious start to the new day. Following the awakening, Bhoga Murty Alankaram was performed, which included offering sacred clothing and jewels to THE SPH's Murti, Devi, and the Shiva Meru. This led to the Deity Procession, where the Bhoga Murthy deities were welcomed into the main temple area ritualistically, inviting divine presence into the mundane world.
The core worship rituals included the fundamental Sri Guru Puja dedicated to THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, and the powerful Sri Shiva Puja offered to Lord Nithyanandeshwara (Moolavar). These pujas were conducted both in the morning and the evening, anchoring the devotion and ensuring continuous spiritual resonance throughout the KAILASA Houston ecosystem. Additionally, devotees participated in early morning Nithyananda Yoga and Nithya Dhyaan Meditation, beginning the day in the Brahmamuhurta with 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama sequences to embody the superconscious breakthrough gifted by THE SPH.
The day concluded with the ritual offering of food, Naivedhyam, to all the deities in the evening, symbolizing gratitude and abundance. Finally, Palliyarai Seva was performed, the sacred process of respectfully ushering the deities to sleep with the offering of the Chamaram. These daily, meticulous rituals ensure that the temple serves as a continuous conduit for the grace of THE SPH and all the gods and goddesses of KAILASA, furthering the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma globally by enabling devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
