Brahma Muhurta Yoga and Guru/Shiva Puja
The Brahma Muhurta Yoga and Guru/Shiva Puja marked the beginning of the day in KAILASA St. Louis, manifesting the daily Nithyotsavam tradition established by THE SPH. This sacred session focused on empowering Sangha members with the ability to manifest the shaktis/powers of Paramashiva. Four Sangha members dedicated themselves to high-level spiritual practices, which included performing the intensive 108 rounds of PVK Nithyananda Yoga, a potent spiritual technology gifted by THE SPH for initiating the Kundalini Shakti and awakening the inner potential.
Crucially, the session also incorporated Trinetra Kumbhaka, an advanced Hindu science of breath regulation aimed at activating the Trinetra (Third Eye) and facilitating superconscious breakthroughs as taught directly by THE SPH. These physical and breathing technologies were offered by Ma Sona, ensuring that participants successfully internalized the high-energy practices and prepared their consciousness for deeper spiritual experiences.
Following the intense yoga session, the focus shifted to traditional Hindu rituals designed to express gratitude and devotion. Two Sangha members performed the sacred Guru Puja and Shiva Puja, offering reverence to THE SPH, who is the living incarnation of Paramashiva. Ma Debbie offered both the spiritual technologies of Yoga and the Pujas, symbolizing the complete dedication of the self to the Master and ensuring the smooth flow of the entire spiritual session.
The entire morning session, attended by 3 participants, underscores KAILASA's commitment to reviving authentic Hindu spiritual practices globally. These practices enable devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, strengthening KAILASA St. Louis’ role in THE SPH's mission of human consciousness awakening and the revival of the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
