The day’s central activity was the Brahma Muhurta Nithyananda Yoga PVK, a powerful spiritual technology designed to align devotees with the supreme energy of Paramashiva during the most auspicious time of the day. Led by Ma Govindaroopini, this practice successfully enabled the participants to deepen their sadhana (spiritual discipline) and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. The sacred morning commenced at KAILASA SINGAPORE with the Brahma Muhurta Nithyananda Yoga PVK (Prana Vilasa Kriya), held between 5:00 am and 6:00 am. This practice utilized the potent spiritual technology of Nithyananda Yoga, meticulously restored by THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, to optimize human consciousness during the highly auspicious Brahma Muhurta.
