KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA On 31/10/2024
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA observed the auspicious festival of Deepavali on 31/10/2024. This day of divine celebration was marked by heightened spiritual intensity, combining the routine Nithyotsavam (Daily Rituals) with special preparations, including *Naivedyam* offerings and elaborate *Diva* decorations. The center’s activities extended beyond the temple walls, engaging in vital educational and enriching outreach. Supported by 4 dedicated volunteers and 14 participants, the center conducted diplomatic outreach at the state capital and shared the joy of Diwali with local community members and professional staff. These efforts powerfully manifested KAILASA’s mission of giving superconscious breakthrough to humanity through reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization.
Deepavali Celebration, Daily Nithyotsavam, and Enriching Outreach
The auspicious day of Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, was celebrated at KAILASA ST. LOUIS, USA with profound spiritual enthusiasm and focused community engagement. The daily schedule, known as Nithyotsavam, was performed with heightened reverence, enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH and manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. This included performing the Laghu Puja, along with dedicated sessions of spiritual practices such as Yoga, Pranayama, and the Kailasa Consciousness Manifestation Process (KCMP). These sessions ensure the continuous energetic presence and divine grace of THE SPH saturate the environment for the benefit of all humanity.
In honor of Deepavali, volunteers prepared elaborate *Naivedyam* (food offerings) for the deities and meticulously organized decorative efforts, including extensive *Diva* (lamp) arrangements. These festive preparations symbolized the victory of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance, fundamental tenets of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The entire process of cooking, decoration, and ritual offering was executed by 4 devoted volunteers, with 14 participants joining the core spiritual sessions. This collective effort demonstrated the commitment of the St. Louis center to preserving authentic Hindu traditions under the direct guidance of THE SPH.
Furthermore, the KAILASA ST. LOUIS center conducted enriching outreach programs to introduce the sacred traditions of Deepavali to the broader local community. This included taking prepared *Naivedyam* and decorations to professional workplaces to educate staff about the significance of the festival. This educational initiative supports KAILASA's objective of civilizational revival by fostering cross-cultural understanding and respect for Hindu heritage. In a significant display of civic and diplomatic engagement, the center also participated in a Diwali ceremony at the state capital the previous day. Although the Governor was unable to attend, the devotees were blessed to enjoy the ceremony alongside the State Treasurer, marking KAILASA’s ongoing commitment to building strong, respectful governmental relationships in the United States.
