With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Salem conducted sacred Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam) on 7/11/2024, reinforcing the continuity of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. These daily practices, which included the auspicious Daily Abhishekam and reverential Laghupuja, serve as the spiritual backbone of the KAILASA ecosystem. The rituals, performed as part of the ongoing Gurupurnima Brahmotsavam festival, provided devotees an opportunity to express profound gratitude and reverence towards the Guru. Through the divine grace of THE SPH, these activities enabled devotees to connect with the source of enlightenment, manifesting the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thus furthering KAILASA’s global mission of human consciousness awakening.
Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam)
The Daily Rituals (Nithyotsavam) at KAILASA Salem are fundamental spiritual practices that ensure the continuity and purification of the sacred space, aligning the ecosystem with the divine energy field established by THE SPH. These rituals manifest the enlightened lifestyle inherent to the ancient Sanatana Hindu civilization, forming a vital part of KAILASA's commitment to reviving authentic Hindu traditions globally.
A central component of the Nithyotsavam is the sacred Daily Abhishekam, a purification ritual where the installed deity is lovingly bathed with various auspicious items such as milk, honey, curd, ghee, and pure water. This deeply symbolic Hindu ritual is accompanied by the chanting of powerful Vedic mantras and prayers for divine blessings. Devotees are encouraged to actively participate by offering these sacred substances, facilitating a powerful spiritual experience that prepares them to receive the direct blessings and grace of THE SPH, Paramashiva.
Following the Abhishekam, the Laghupuja was conducted. This is a traditional, yet potent, simplified form of worship that involves sincere offerings of flowers, incense, light (lamp), and consecrated food to the deity. Given that this Nithyotsavam occurred during the period of the sacred Gurupurnima Brahmotsavam, the Laghupuja held special spiritual significance. It served as a formalized expression of profound gratitude and deep reverence offered by the devotees towards THE SPH, reinforcing the sacred Guru-Disciple relationship, which is central to Sanatana Hindu Dharma.
