BM PVK
The daily session of BM PVK (Brahmamuhurtha Pratyaksha Virakti Kriya), a potent spiritual technology gifted by THE SPH, was conducted at KAILASA SINGAPORE. This sacred yoga practice is specifically scheduled during the auspicious period of the Brahmamuhurta, running for one hour from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
