KAILASA TRINIDAD & TOBAGO On 17/9/2024
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA TRINIDAD & TOBAGO marked a sacred day dedicated to the ancient Ved-Agamic traditions on September 17, 2024. This day of Nithyotsavam (daily rituals) reaffirmed KAILASA’s commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma in the Caribbean region and the preservation of ancient indigenous traditions. The activities included essential Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities, featuring the performance of the Morning Aarti, the sacred Laghu Puja with Naivedyam offerings, and the deeply revered Guru Padhuka Puja. These continuous services, diligently maintained by the Sangha, ensure the uninterrupted flow of divine grace, enabling local devotees to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, furthering THE SPH's global mission of consciousness awakening.
Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities
The Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities conducted at KAILASA’s Hindu Temple in Trinidad & Tobago are the foundational practices that sustain the spiritual energy and sacred atmosphere of the center. These daily Ved-Agamic Rituals are performed with utmost devotion and authenticity, ensuring the temple serves as a powerful vortex of enlightenment and a beacon for the revival of Hindu civilization. The sevas commenced with the auspicious Morning Aarti, a ceremony involving the offering of light to the deities, which is believed to awaken the divine presence and clear the path for the day’s spiritual endeavors.
Following the invocation of the divine through light, the rigorous practice of Laghu Puja was executed. This ritual included the sacred offering of Naivedyam (food offering) to the deities. A total of three distinct Naivedyams were presented, including warm sweetened milk, fresh fruit, and consecrated water, symbolizing the devotee’s complete surrender and love for the Divine. Such offerings sanctify the food and bless those who partake in the temple’s continuous humanitarian Annadaan services.
The culmination of the morning rites was the Guru Padhuka Puja, offered to the sacred Guru Padhukas (sandals) of THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. This practice is essential for connecting devotees directly to the source of enlightenment, reinforcing the master-disciple relationship and invoking the highest blessings of Paramashiva. Through this profound act of reverence, devotees are blessed with the opportunity to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, receiving the direct grace of THE SPH. The continuity and quality of these sacred rituals, along with the subsequent temple cleaning and preparation activities, were meticulously upheld by 1 dedicated volunteer of the KAILASA Sangha.
