KAILASA TRINIDAD & TOBAGO On 18/11/2024
With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago observed its sacred daily rituals (Nithyotsavam) on 18 November 2024. These meticulously planned and executed temple Sevas are fundamental to KAILASA's global mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization and preserving indigenous traditions in the Caribbean region. The day’s activities encompassed comprehensive preparations, including cooking, performing the divine Rudra Abhishekam, and conducting sacred Deity Alankaram for the presiding deities. These authentic Hindu rituals, culminating in the offering of 15 Naivedyams, ensure the continuous manifestation of the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, thereby creating a powerful spiritual ecosystem that promotes human consciousness awakening, peace, and prosperity for the community.
Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities
The Daily Temple Sevas & Sangha Activities in KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago were performed with strict adherence to Ved-Agamic injunctions, ensuring the purity and potency of the spiritual practices. The morning commenced with the auspicious Morning Aarti followed by the initial Laghu Puja, where Naivedyam consisting of milk, fresh fruits, and water was offered. The centerpiece of the morning rituals was the powerful Rudra Abhishekam, a sacred bathing ceremony. Preparation for this ritual was extensive, involving the organizing of all necessary puja vessels and items, preparing clothes and jewelry for the deities, and carefully preparing the prescribed Abhishekam offerings, which included amla, turmeric, and sandalwood bath materials.
Following the sacred bathing, the deities received the Deity Alankaram, a divine ceremony where they were dressed and intricately adorned with jewelry, enhancing their brilliant and benevolent divine appearance. A dedicated volunteer carried out the entire sequence of rituals and associated preparatory work. To formally conclude the main Abhishekam ritual, a second Laghu Puja was offered, followed by the careful preparation and cooking of ten rice Naivedyams from freshly prepared vegetables. These rice offerings were then presented during a third Laghu Puja. In total, 15 distinct Naivedyams were offered during the morning's devotion, demonstrating profound gratitude and dedication.
The sequence of morning rituals culminated with the revered Guru Padhuka Puja, specifically honoring THE SPH as the Paramavatara and source of all divine blessings. Throughout the various stages of worship, Chamaram Fanning was offered ceremonially at the end of each ritual, symbolizing royal devotion and service. The commitment to maintaining the sacred space was exemplified through dedicated cleanup and maintenance, which involved cleaning all dishes and puja vessels, hand-washing towels used during the rituals, and meticulously sweeping and mopping the temple floor. These daily Sevas ensure that the temple acts as a powerful ecosystem, radiating the divine cosmic energy and enabling devotees to connect with THE SPH to manifest the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva in the region.
