The daily practice of BM PVK (Brahmamuhurta Paramashivoham Kriya) was successfully conducted at KAILASA Singapore, commencing in the highly auspicious time of Brahmamuhurta. This session, which ran for one hour, from 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM, embodies the profound spiritual technologies established and gifted to the world by THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. As an essential form of yoga and kriya mentioned in the ancient Hindu scriptures, this practice is meticulously designed to accelerate spiritual growth and awaken the superconscious dimension within the participants.
