Masik-Kalashtami,Chitra-Nakshatram
The day of Masik-Kalashtami, Chitra-Nakshatram at KAILASA Seattle USA was dedicated to intensive seva (selfless service) and profound Hindu rituals, beginning with the highly sacred daily practices designed to manifest the presence of Paramashiva in the physical realm. The morning commenced with Suprabatham Seva, the sacred process of respectfully awakening the presiding deities (Moolavar), followed by the offering of Morning Naivedhyam (sacred food offering). A core component of the daily routine involved offering the Pujya Purnima Paduka Puja (PPP) to THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, honoring His living presence as the ultimate manifestation of Paramashiva and connecting devotees with His divine grace.
The evening observances centered on the conjunction of two powerful celestial events, amplifying the spiritual intensity of the service. In observance of Masik Kalashtami, special Abhishekam (sacred bath) and Deepa Dhupa Naivedhyam Arati (DDNA) were offered to Kalabhairava, the form of Paramashiva who governs time. This ritual was performed to seek the protection and enlightenment that Kalabhairava bestows, dissolving negative patterns and aligning participants with the cosmic rhythms of time.
In parallel, celebrating Chitra Nakshatram, special Abhishekam and Alankaram (adornment) were offered directly to THE SPH, recognizing His divine form and enabling devotees to connect deeply with the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva. These offerings served as a profound spiritual practice, anchoring the divine presence within the KAILASA ecosystem. Following these elaborate ceremonies, Naivedhyam was offered to both the Moolavar deities and THE SPH. The sacred day concluded with Palliarai Seva, the final reverential act of putting the deities to rest, ensuring the spiritual benefits of the day were fully sealed.
Beyond the formal worship, KAILASA Seattle USA actively engaged in community enrichment efforts, upholding KAILASA's commitment to the revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma through knowledge sharing and practical application of Hindu spiritual technologies. These efforts included conducting insightful Vaakyartha Sadas (spiritual discussions based on the sacred literature gifted by THE SPH) sessions and guided Paramashiva Dhyana Mantra sessions, providing practical spiritual technologies for human consciousness evolution. The dedication of 5 volunteers, who facilitated the complex schedule of rituals and community sessions, ensured that all 12 participating devotees could fully benefit from the divine energies invoked throughout the day.
