On this auspicious occasion of chitra Poornima, I welcome all the devotees, disciples, KAILASA citizens, all those who are part of the KAILASA governance and administration, who have joined from all over the world through the internet and inner-net (heart).
Today, we have given the KAILASA awards to many people. My love, blessings and best wishes to all the awardees. Many celebrities who have had extraordinary achievements in various fields for a period of long time have sent their questions. I thank all these celebrities and Galatta channel that organised this whole thing and is doing the live relay of this whole program. I welcome all the celebrities who have sent their questions. Chitra Poornima is an auspicious day carrying the possibility for the highest spiritual awakening and kundalini shakti awakening to happen. Chitra Poornima is an auspicious day. In our Vedic tradition, among the months, the Margazhi month and among the stars, chitra nakshatra (Chitra star) are considered to be the most auspicious.
Krishna has said in Bhagavad Gita:
maasaanaam maargashirshoham (among the months, I am Margazhi)
In Agamas, it is mentioned: chitra nakshatram bhavati, chitra nakshatram bhavati. It tells the glory of chitra nakshatra in a detailed way.
Chithirai month is the month where this chitra nakshatra joins with Poornima (full moon day) thithi. In our Sanatana Hindu Dharma, it is the tradition that whichever star falls on the full moon day, the name of that star is given to that month. If you see all the Vedic months you will know. When vishakha nakshatra and Poornima come together, the Vedic month (second month) is called Vaikashi. Same way, when ashadha nakshatra and Poornima come together, the month is called Aadi. Because the krittika nakshatra and Poornima come together, it is called Kartikai month. Margazhi is the month where the margasheersha nakshatra and Poornima come together.
In this way, the most auspicious chitra nakshatra joins with Poornima and creates an intense energy field on the planet. Spend this day for spiritual activities. It will not be something that you spend, it will be a very big capital investment for you. It will become a very big investment that brings you very big benefits.

As we have received a lot of questions, I apologize if I am unable to answer all the questions by the end of today’s satsang. I will try to answer all the questions in the next next satsangs. Whatever questions I am able to answer within today’s satsang, I will answer.
First….Respected Sri S. Ve. Sekar has sent your question. I welcome you ayyah. I am reading your question: ‘I like you from your young age. I think it is the same for you also. Why have you not sent me an invite to KAILASA?’
Sri S. Ve. Sekar, not only I like you, I like you with my love and respect! 20 to 25 years earlier, you had gifted me Sukhabrahma Rishi’s deity made out of panchaloha along with his laminated photograph. I still have it in my everyday atmartha puja. At least to show you that, I will very soon send you my request and invitation!
Due to various work loads and social circumstances, I was not able to invite everybody and attend to them. Very soon, I will send you my invitation. You should definitely come. I want you to come to KAILASA. If you come and create a Vlog, it will definitely be a very beautiful, honest and beneficial presentation for the people to easily understand. Very soon I will invite you to KAILASA. Please forgive me for not inviting you till now.
Next, you have said, ‘I pray that you should come out of all the problems and come back to your ashram and make your crores of devotees happy.’ I thank you. I also pray to Paramashiva that your prayer should come true with the grace of Paramashiva! Sri S. Ve. Sekar, our beautiful and honest friendship is a long one - almost 20-25 years I think. I hold you with a lot of friendship, love and respect! I thank you for your questions.
Next, Sri Cool Suresh’s question: ‘Namaskar Nithyananda Swami. I am actor Cool Suresh. You are continuously working for your devotees and the people. For government employees and private organisations’ employees, at least they will give one day off in the week. But you are working without any break. I don’t know how you alone have that kind of energy. Can you please tell about that.’
(THE SPH replies:) Energy! This is not just your question. Many people ask this question. Whatever is your energy source, the source of your Consciousness, that only determines the flow of our life, the result of our life, our successes and our failures.
Our success and failures can never be determined by the outer world. The flow of our life, our success, failure, all this can be determined only by ‘what is our energy source’, what is it that is the the source of our Consciousness.
Understand: Those who think that money alone is the source of their Consciousness, then whether they have money or not...IF They don’t have money, they run behind money and if they have money, they feel the emptiness when they see that it is just a mirage and life is not getting fulfilled with just this. Their life is finally stuck only like this.
Understand. Maximum, money can be like a lubrication for a vehicle to run. It cannot become the fuel for the vehicle! Money can be at the most a lubrication for our life to run comfortably. It can never become the fuel for our life, the source of our Consciousness, the energy source.
For all those who believe that money is their energy source...If they don’t have money they will have the emptiness of not having money; if they have money, they will have the emptiness along with the comfort, that’s all. So money will only be useful only like the comfort that the lubrication gives.
Same way, name and fame… whoever takes others’ recognition as their energy source, at any time if that recognition is taken away from them, they become depressed like a vehicle that has met with an accident and they lose their very life. They will become like a walking corpse.
So, societal recognition, name and fame….IF You create your Consciousness based on others’ opinion of you, then surely, it is like a vehicle that is going to meet with an accident. If you go very fast, you yourself will hit against something and cause an accident. If you go very slowly also, someone else will come and hit you and cause an accident; because, when you are travelling on the road, safety is not dependent only on you, it is related to those who are coming in the opposite direction also, it depends on all those around you also.
Same way, in your life also, if you build your energy source keeping others’ opinion about you, it is like the vehicle that is going on the road. Any time accident can happen and you will become a dead corpse. It will be just like the balloon from which anyone can take away the air at any time. The opinion that others have about you, the name and fame, should not be your energy source.
Till now I told what all should not be your energy source. Now I will tell what all should be your energy source. Listen!
Inside all of us, Paramashiva, who is our Creator (who created us), has kept inside us, his own shakti, energy source, himself as the source of our Consciousness. I will not even say he has kept himself hidden; it is because we have not turned our attention on him... For example, if there is a person coming behind us, only if we turn our attention to him behind us, we will know if he is there or not. Without turning our attention on him, without even seeing him, any conclusion we come to, is useless. If we conclude that he is there based on something that someone told, it is useless theism. And if you conclude that he is not there based on something that someone told, it is life-destroying atheism. Both of this are foolish.
At least once, if you turn inside and see him, if you experience the samadhi state he is in… do not think what I am telling is a very big difficult thing. Paramashiva himself has given extremely easy, straight methods for us to experience that the samadhi state is our energy source.
Listen!
The state of samadhi is not a difficult thing. It is very easy. I have explained this elaborately in some 15 satsangs. I will project that playlist for you now. When you find time….you give your time to many people in this world. I request you to give 2 days’ time for yourself. If you start loving yourself and listen to these 15 satsangs, you can understand this meditation technique very easily. There is nothing difficult in this. If you understand the technique it is enough.
It is very easy to be in Oneness with the samadhi state of Paramashiva. Ramana Maharishi very beautifully says, ‘ayye! Ati sulabham. Aanma vithai ayye ati sulabham.’ This is very very very easy! You just need to turn in, and be in samadhi with Paramashiva. Just 21 minutes everyday if you do this, unending energy source will start manifesting in you. The energy source will happen continuously. Money or name and fame or others’ opinion or society’s recognition, or kama (lust) or addictive items can never become your energy source.
If we understand this….WITH The grace of Paramashiva, my Gurus have made this as an experience in Me. That is why when I was five years old, they made Me realise:
• பெரும்பற்றப் புளியூரானைப் பேசாத நாளெல்லாம் பிறவாத நாளே Perumbatra puliyooraanai paesaatha naalellaam piravaatha naale!
Translation: the days that you have not spoken about Paramashiva are considered the days when you were unborn.
With this realisation, my gurus put me on the stage inside the Arunachaleshwara temple. From that till now, it is more than 40 years… without missing a single day...I did not want even one day to go as unborn. There has not been a single day that I have not spoken on him. From then till now, I have been continuously speaking, writing and reaching to the world - Sanatana Hindu Dharma’s shastras, Paramashiva bhakti, Paramashiva jnana, Paramashiva vijnana, the truths related to this, Paramashiva’s shastras (scriptural verses) and sutras (techniques).
I have made tiredness and boredom meaningless and irrelevant in my life. They are not even relevant to my life. It is not that tiredness and boredom come and I fight with them. Nothing like that. They are not even associated with my life. Reason is, my energy source is staying in the samadhi state of Paramashiva.

Sri Cool Suresh ayyah, please take two days and listen deeply to the videos in this. You have asked a question on how this energy comes. I will send you a book where I have explained in detail about not only how it comes for me but how to make it come for you. It is there with clear instructions on how to do it. All those who have taken human body can achieve the samadhi state, the state of Paramashiva. You can establish your life with that. And because of that, you can live a life where tiredness and boredom become irrelevant.
Please understand….
Paramashiva gives a beautiful sutra (technique) in vijnana bhairava tantra; the 32nd sutra:
Sava vijnaanam nirikshaatma paraavasta samaa vishet Jnaanam tyaktva svayam nityam yatra tatro yastithihi
Turning one’s attention to one’s sva-vijnaanam, source of one’s Consciousness, and through a technique, your atma (soul) entering into the highest state of Paramashiva, leaving all the cunning mind-games, if it experiences that samadhi state for even a few moments, there will not be any suffering, tiredness, laziness, and you can live in a state of Nithya Ananda (eternally blissful) state. This is the truth and this is possible.
Next, Vadivukkarasi Amma, you have sent questions. I bow down to you. I am reading your question: ‘I don’t know much about you. Before you became Nithyananda, what were you doing. I know that you were close to John ayyah – the journalist (Valampuri john). What were you doing at that time. If you tell this in detail, we will be happy.’
(THE SPH replies:) The community I was born in, is the community that has been serving Paramashiva for generations. My ancestors belong to the shaiva velalar community that has surrendered itself as the very slaves of Annamalayar in order to serve him. They call them ‘kovil kudigal’ meaning ‘temple-based communities.’
I don’t know if the present generation understands this. A few generations earlier this was there. In Tiruvannamalai, there were 18 such communities who surrendered their whole generations for the sake of the temple. They have the title ‘mirasu’ and ‘jameen’ inside the temple as per the history books.
Those who light the lamps in the Annamalayar temple are called ‘deepam mirasu’. They are the ‘kovil perungkudigal’ - ‘temple based communities.’ Their very life belongs to Annamalayar. Same way, their livelihood is also based on the temple. It was like that earlier. I am telling the past history. Now how it is, even I don’t know fully.
Like this, for each task in the temple, they carry a title...Example: for lighting the deepam lamp, for conducting the Annamalayar festivals etc. Like this, the family I was born and brought up, have the title ‘chamundiyaar aranmanai’. They were taking care of the temple administration and its related activities. For generations, they dedicated their lives to being a slave to cAnnamalayar, to Ardhanareeshwara. Tiruvannamalai is the place where Devi received the darshan of Paramashiva and was blessed with the left half of Paramashiva, thus Paramashiva becoming Ardhanareeshwara (half-male, half-female form).
So out of these 18 communities that gave themselves to Annamalayar in his service, one of the communities is the Thondaimandala Adi Shaiva Velalar Community. I was born in that community. There was a tradition in that community. The first son must get married, and strengthen the vamsa, clan. The second son is given to God!
Inbetween, due to war and poverty, in one or two generations, this tradition was broken. But My ancestors decided very clearly that they need to revive that tradition.
For the last 11 generations, the Thondaimandalam Guru Mahasannidhanams, Pontiffs are from My family. We have the genealogy family tree. ‘All the 233 pontiffs are from my family’, is history. But with evidence we have for the last 11 generations.
I was born and brought up in this family. I am the second son for my parents. They gave away the second son to God as offering! Therefore I was born and brought up inside the Annamalayar temple.
My Gurus and Acharyas brought me up just to do service to Annamalayar. I also liked to do only that. I realised the service to Annamalayar as my life and I felt and still feel that it is my great fortune and a boon.
The only thing I did is Service to Annamalayar. I ate only his prasad. I saw only him the whole day. He was my very life. I did service only to him. You can go and talk to anyone from the 1970s-80s, who was serving in any department inside the temple! They will share: I was in the temple from morning till night every day. I hardly went to school. With the grace of Annamalayar, I passed and got a certificate, that’s all! Very rarely I went to school. To be honest, I hardly went. It is negligent. I had negligent percent attendance. My outer world studies is also negligent. I have not worked anywhere in the outer world!
In the 1970s and 80s, the elders will continuously take classes inside the temple just like a Gurukul. My grandfather Panduranganar will take spiritual lessons every day in Siddhanta shastras and Vedanta shastras. The 14 volumes of Siddhanta Shastras published by Tiruvavaduthurai Aadheenam and 16 volumes of Vedanta Shastras published by Koviloor Aadheenam, he will take as a class. He has written the Tamil commentary for ‘Arunachala Puranam’.
He sacrificed his life for me. From the time I was born, he trained me continuously in spiritual life and scriptures. He trained me for the very big spiritual service I am meant to do. This is a tradition in our family.
If I have to give another example, Tavatiru Ratnagiri Balamurugan Adimai Swami is from the same family as me. He is my relative and my grandfather in a way. The Ratnagiri Balamurugan Temple is his family temple. They are the temple’s traditional dharmakarthas - trustees. Even before he went to that temple, sat there and took up the responsibility of running it, Lord Muruga Himself manifested in him and through him got his divine service done. Same way, Annamalayar Himself manifested in me, took over me, and he is getting his divine service done.
So, from the time I was born till now, I have not done any other work! My life is only service to Annamalayar. My life is Paramashiva’s service. This is the small introduction to my birth and upbringing ayyah.
I was born inside the Arunachaleshwara temple, in its 6th circumambulation path. I grew up inside the temple itself. My Gurus gave me all the training, initiations and experiences and brought me up there itself. When I was three years old, they initiated Me into Balasanyas. When I was 5 years old, they put me on the stage to deliver spiritual discourses. From that time until now, I am living my life doing only Annamalayar’s seva, Paramashiva’s seva.
Next, Banumathi amma, you have sent questions. I bow down to you. I will read your questions: ‘What to do to realise oneself? For us to understand ourselves, to keep our own mind under control, what must we do?’
(THE SPH replies:) First thing: Our mind is not a ‘thing’, it is an ‘action’. Mind is not a noun, it is a verb. If we get a simple understanding about the mind, It will become a tool for us to live without any disturbance or suffering, with success and victory! If you think the mind is an object, you will think how to control it. Your question itself is, ‘how to keep our mind under our control?’
Mind is neither an object nor a person. It is one of your ‘actions’. Like how moving your hand, or moving your body is one of your actions, same way, mind also is one of your actions. If you understand that moving your moving your hand is your action, moving your body is your action, if you feel there is some problem related to those movements, you will stop those movements, that’s all. Same way, mind is your action, one of your activities. If you understand that, then because of the movement of your mind, if you feel there will be some suffering or problem, immediately you can stop it! You considering your mind as an object or a person or an entity that is not under your control is the original sin.
Ramana Maharishi very clearly tells in Upadesa untheeyaar:
மனத்தின் உருவை மறவாது உசாவ மனம் என ஒன்றிலை உந்தி பர மார்க்கமிது ஆர்க்கும் நேராம் உந்தி பர
Manaththin uruvai maravaathu usaava manam yena ondrilai unthee para maargamithu aarkkum neraam unthee para
Listen! Your mind is one of your actions!
If you understand this, you will get the clarity: what is right and what is wrong in its actions, its functioning. You will have a conscious access to your mind. The fundamental cognition we need to correct is, ‘mind is not an object, mind is not a person, mind is your action.’ Now we are moving our hand, If we don’t want, we stop the movement. Same way, if we want, we can move our mind, if we don’t want, we can stop it. If we want, we can move it in a particular direction. If we don’t want, we can move it in some other direction. Fundamentally, understand this and make it your experience. You can achieve this through very simple meditation techniques. Our Agamas and Upanishads have given very simple mediation techniques.

In the questions sent by celebrities, Daadi Balaji has asked a question on Politics. Ayyah Sri Daadi Balaji, I bow down to you. You have asked about Politics. Surely, I will not answer that question. I will not tell any opinion about Politics. I will not tell any opinion about any Nation’s Politics. Not only I will not tell, I will not hold any opinion also. I will tell you a small secret. Whole day, 24 hours, I am either taking a class or giving an initiation or giving a satsang… I am in some spiritual activity or other. I am continuously talking, seeing people. Because of that, if I hold any opinion about some Government or politician, if I don’t voice it out, it will remain as a load inside me. If I tell it out, it is an unwanted disturbance. It is irrelevant to my life. So, not just voicing out the opinion, I decided not to even hold any such opinion. So I don’t hold any opinion about any Government or Politicians. I am not saying that the Government or Politicians are wrong. I am not going in the direction of right or wrong. I don’t even holding an opinion and I don’t voice any opinion also because it is irrelevant to My life. We are a spiritual Nation beyond any Political ideology.
Here, money has no value. There is no tax. There is no army. There is no police department. If some one does any mistake, to prevent that mistake from happening again, in order to change their very mental setup that made them do that mistake, we have a praayaschittam department. That’s all.
Many people ask… even in the last few satsangs, a big question asked is, ‘How can this be a permanent model’.
Ayyah, given the speed at which the world is moving, Paramashiva wanted to create at least a model community, a small Nation, a small place where we live the Truths of Sanatana Hindu Dharma and we show it is possible. That is why Paramashiva has made this KAILASA happen. We have proven that this is possible.

In this 64 arts, dress design and jewelry design is an art. All these 64 arts, we are giving training in our KAILASA Gurukul. The students who are taking this training are the ones who are designing these costumes and jewels. There is no elaborate literature about this in Agamas but it is there in Upa Agamas. They learn it from these books, and take the designing methods from them and right from developing the fabric, designing the jewels, studying how the deities in different temples are dressed according to what is told in the Agamas, these Gurukul students who are training in the 64 arts, design My costume and jewels. Your compliment has already reached them! They became very happy! This morning when I came out of My quarters to give this satsang… I think it is morning time for you now… for Australia time zone this is morning time, early morning time. Your second question: ‘Swamiji, they said that world will come to an end in the year 2000 itself. 25 years are over. But through every activity, in every way the world is getting destroyed only. Many losses are happening. Pakistan-India problems are going on. They said that the world will be destroyed. Will the world be destroyed? Can you tell your opinion about this?’
(THE SPH replies:) Ma, listen! The world will not be destroyed. Even if this Cosmos may change in various levels, lives will adapt themselves to live in that changed environment and will continue to exist in some form or other. The extreme destruction of nature that man is doing, and its associated problems, even if Nature surges and makes human beings go extinct from this Planet, after a few lakh years, in some other way, life will flower. So in this Cosmic cycle, there is nothing called complete destruction of the world. If human beings should stop destroying themselves, we must reduce destroying or hurting Nature.
Media made such a big issue recently that we tried to grab Amazon forest area in Bolivia. We did not try to grab any land. Listen to the truth, I will tell you.
In many countries, the indigenous people are in great poverty. Many corporate companies are using their poverty and giving them money and destroying the forest and doing mining and deforestation. Through such atrocities, they are destroying Nature. To prevent this from happening, agreements must be made with those respective indigenous Nations, those indigenous people, that they will be given money for their livelihood and they should not destroy the forests, they should leave it as it is. We only made such agreements. We said: ‘Do not destroy the forest. Let this Nature be as it is. Here no tree should be cut, no stone should be broken, no underground activities should happen here, no digging of Nature should happen here.’ That is what we did. In 160 countries, we made agreements with such indigenous Nations and we are protecting 20 lakh hectare land in its existing form.

Understand: the media said, we are grabbing the land. There are 3 lakh indigenous people living in that territory. We sent 3 Sanyasis there and we are doing services - anna dhan (free food), yoga. Can 3 Sanyasis go and grab the land where 3 lakh indigenous people are living? What sort of peak of false propaganda is this?
That entire attack, how it was executed, why was it executed, what services we are doing, the entire truth, I will present to you through this document. You read and see.
To prevent human beings from destroying the Planet, to prevent human race from destroying itself, to stop human race from committing suicide, we are making agreements all over the world with indigenous Nations and every year we are giving them money for their livelihood and thereby protecting the Planet Earth for the past 25 years. As per the International Standards, we have signed Internationally recognised Treaties and through them, they have given us small territories in more than one place. In some places, the indigenous Nations have given us autonomous lands also. KAILASA is functioning by stitching all this together. KAILASA Nation is real.
Whatever MonteVideo Convention says is required for Nation, we have all that: 1) Sovereign land. It can be any size. If you take Vatican, totally itself it is only 200 acres approximately, 108 hectares. It may be a small number but Vatican is considered a Nation and respected. Same way, the number is not the problem. It can be any number. But it must be a Sovereign land. 2) A permanent population. We have that also. We have Sovereign land, we have a permanent population. 3) A stable Government structure. We have that also. 4) The ability to enter into diplomatic relationship with other countries. There should be existing diplomatic relationships also. Same way, we have a Government, and we have entered into diplomatic relationship with other countries.
Many countries have recognised us as a Nation. We are an apolitical spiritual Nation. We are not a political Nation like other countries ma. Political Nation will have various political ideologies like Communism, Socialism, Capitalism, Democracy. Same way there will be a Constitution based on different political ideologies. In this way, each country will function with its own political ideology and Constitution.
But KAILASA is a spiritual Nation beyond any political ideology.

What you are telling as ‘internationally recognised’, we need to understand that word deeply. No country is recognised by the United Nations. Please understand. I will project the UN CHARTER here, please take a look. They are telling very clearly in their Charter, they do not have the right to recognise any Nation. There are many Nations who are members in United Nations for various reasons. Becoming a member is that Nation’s decision. UN does not recognise any Nation and it is not that only if UN recognises, a Nation is a legal Nation. No. Vatican has denied saying it does not need UN membership! Reason is, because they represent God they feel they should not take up any side related to human beings. So they have said they do not want UN membership.
Please understand: The reasons for becoming a member of the United Nations is, if you want a loan, you need to have a recognised status as a Nation in IMF (International Monetary Fund). Only if you are a member, you can take a loan from IMF. Same way, if you want weapons, the country that is going to supply you weapons should recognise you as a Nation and only if they include you as a member in any of their entities, they will give you weapons. Same way, ICC – International Court. Only if you are a member in that International Court, you can file a case and receive justice. So like this, based on their needs, each Nation will be a member in that International Body of United Nations.
As far as we are concerned, we don’t need any loan, we don’t need any weapons, we don’t need anything from any one outside. Who needs to recognise us as a Nation is, those who are living around us, who have given us this land. With the Grace of Paramashiva, that has happened! Those who gave us this land, it is a small territory, but those who gave us this land and those who are surrounding us, have recognised us as a Nation. They have agreed that we can live there and they will not step into our boundary and interfere in our activities and we also must not interfere in their activities. We will maintain friendship.
