The sacred observance of the Vilakku Puja & Abhishekam By Sangha Jananis was conducted at KAILASA HOUSTON USA, continuing the daily devotional practices that form the backbone of the Nithyotsavam. This ancient Hindu ritual focused on honoring the feminine divinity (Shakti) and invoking the grace of Goddess Lakshmi, the embodiment of wealth, auspiciousness, and spiritual abundance. The ceremony involved the lighting of sacred lamps (Vilakku Puja) followed by the Abhishekam, a ritual bathing ceremony for the Deities, performed with meticulous traditional Hindu precision.
The rituals were led by the revered Sangha Jananis (Mothers of the Sangha), symbolizing the spiritual leadership and devotion inherent in the women of KAILASA. Their dedicated service ensured the proper execution of the ancient Hindu rites, establishing a powerful spiritual field of grace. The Abhishekam is regarded as a potent spiritual technology intended to purify the inner space of the participants and allow them to connect with THE SPH, enabling the manifestation of the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
The entire event emphasized the importance of selfless service (seva) in spiritual life. A dedicated team of 2 volunteers contributed their time and effort to prepare the sacred space, collect the ritual ingredients, and maintain the sanctity and purity of the shrine. Such continuous acts of devotion and service underscore KAILASA’s commitment to the global revival of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, ensuring that these profound spiritual practices continue to enrich the lives of humanity under the divine guidance and grace of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM.
