2.Identify your root thought patterns and practice completion.

3.Practice unclutching and be conscious about all your actions.

4.Observe Living Enlightenment everyday – living a conflict-free life.

5.Practice Pancha Kriya first thing in the morning everyday.

6.Drink neem juice in empty stomach everyday in the morning.

7.Practice Yoga for atleast 30 min everday.

8.Do enKriya / Nithya Dhyaan everyday in the morning.

9.Watch morning satsang or 1 Youtube discourse of Swamiji everyday.

10.Perform Guru Pooja at least once everyday.

11.Chant ‘Om Hreem Nithyanandaya Namaha’ 108 times everyday.

12.Do Brahmarpanam Manthra everytime before consuming food.

13.Eat Satvic Food - vegetarian food without onion, garlic & green chilli.
