If we are caught with fear of darkness, this technique directly releases these fears and leads us to superconscious experience. Swamiji gives us a deep understanding of darkness and tells us that darkness is a vibrant energy just as lightness. Light has a source whereas darkness has no source. Anything that has a source is finite whereas anything that is source less is infinite. That is why in Vedic system we started meditating on darkness. Darkness is the mother's womb out of which we came.
