As we elevate our levels of conciousness,we move from the physical body to the subtler bodies in us .we get closer to each other at the Energy level and become on eat the nirvanic body which is the seventh and innermost energy body .At this level our thoughts and actions have a direct impact on each other's Being .This is what we call collective consciousness.
